It was unbelievably tender and seasoned perfectly. After some great conversation, we ordered, grabbed our number, and sat down. We ordered four dishes for five people, the loaded birria nachos, birria tacos, quesabirria, and the birria mac and cheese. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and filling. We were all full by the end. The meat was fall-apart tender, the consommé was outstanding, and the salsa had just the right amount of heat without overpowering anything. The mac and cheese was rich, cheesy, and cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. This is a family-run business, and that shows in the best way. During our meal, the owner even came by with his grandbaby, and the whole place just had that warm, family vibe that makes you want to come back. Yes, it's a little more than you might expect to pay, but it is absolutely worth it. The portions are generous and the quality is top-tier, so you leave satisfied in every way.
