    What a mess!
    R. K.

Pickup order was soggy, cold, and fries uneatable. We threw the fries in the trash, even after I tried to preheat them in the air frier . So over priced at two burgers & one serve of small fries.

Update to the combo meal its + $1 now at $13.99 since summer which is not surprising with increased beef prices. My burger today was served on stale bread and lacked the freshness expected. I'd still place the at the average range of 3 stars.

Hey man when they advertised buy one get one free for these delicious greasy made from an angel burger when had to come. They did not disappoint at all burgers juicy and hot and you know those fries salted and fresh. The service always top notch and the vibes is all about the burgers.

You will spend $40 for two burgers and a shared fry and they can't even cook them. Gummy oily undercooked inedible pile of potatoes

We hadn't been to a five guys in some time, so we decided to give their newest location in the area, and now closest to us in our normal day to day, a try! Staff was friendly, and they seemed well staffed during our visit. Though they still seemed swamped during our visit. Our food came out in a reasonable for sit down 20ish mins. Food was what we expected out of Five guys at this point. The biggest changes I would make was volume of the music could be turned down a little bit, but I get if its hard to hear it while working, as well making sure that all of the tables have chairs. There was two high top tables without chairs, with where they are stationed I'm not sure if they are more intended for people to set drinks on while waiting for their order. We did see one party having to stand while eating due to the number of customers there during our visit.

    Combo deal!!!

This is my most favorite Five Guys! The food was so good! The cheese was gooey and melted on the burger instead of just there not melted! The customer service was good! The best thing ever is that they have a combo meal! That is a HUGE deal! It makes Five Guys affordable!

Garbage overpriced food. $43 for 2 combos and had the nerve to ask for a tip. Cajun fries had enough seasoning to dry out an ocean.

And great people to add to the service and ambiance. This time we had the (1) Texas Strip steak, amazing baked potato and veggies. And, (2) a beautiful brisket Enchilada plate with a queso sauce on one and a sour cream sauce on the other, with steamed veggies and wild rice. All so very good! Dessert: American hot apple pie and vanilla ice cream on a skillet, with some amazing sauce drizzled over table side. See the photos for that steamy concoction of flavor party! I was originally planning to go to another famous burger place in town, but this American food…read morerestaurant looked and sounded really good from the photos and menu and was close to my hotel. I visited during lunch so I took advantage of the lunch burger special for $3 off. Horizon 76 turned out to be good for another entree I was craving 2 days later, so I returned a 2nd time. They sat us in the same table unknowingly and I even sat in the same seat. We also had the same waiter and he of course remembered us and our drink order from last time. How's that for customer service? On my first visit I ordered a tea and original horizon burger and added a cup of chili, which isn't really listed on the menu but they can addit to your burger for a few dollars more. I had wanted to try the bone-in burger, but they don't offer it anymore. My friend who lives in Ft Worth had not heard of this place that opened around 2020, but then again he doesn't get out much. Burger - this is a very good burger and I would put it up against the best burgers in town. I don't live here, but I bet it would be in the top 3 for any burger enthusiast that likes thick burgers. The sweet sourdough bun really makes this taste even better, not to mention when you have steak blends in your patty, it elevates it quite a bit. Fries - I've had several duck fries around the country and these were not that good. Not much seasoning at all. Tasted like typical frozen breaded fries flash fried in duck fat. Side of chili - small amounts of anything are usually tasty, this chili is no exception. Filled with beans and comes in like a shot glass. They don't give you much as a side. I guess they prefer you to order the $16 chili entree. On my second visit, my buddy and I were craving a good chicken fried steak. We decided to visit here since you rarely see filet / tenderloin as the protein in CFS, plus knowing the burger was awesome, we figured the CFS was probably good too. For my sides, I chose grilled veggies and loaded baked potato. CFS - This was a good version but I didn't really like the breading due to its color and high flour content. I prefer a darker greasier one. The meat was what I came for mainly and it was really good tenderloin pounded pretty dang thin. Not overly breaded, surprisingly. The veggie medley is truly a mix of about 8 different veggies, which you rarely see. Most grilled veggie sides are 3-4 at most. Overall, my best friend was super impressed and now he wants to return to their BBQ restaurant next door. I was also impressed, but I would come back for a burger or another entree next time.

This is probably the last time in a long while that I attempt to go to FatBurger. Ordered at 6:05 for sit down and here we are a 6:39 and still no food. As well, there 9 people in the place and what's funny is no one has food. There is clearly a prioritization of online orders over people who come in to eat. While the food is good, it's not worth this level of absurdity. Update 6:45 cold burger, cold fries. What a shit show.

From our order being taken (and made correctly first time time, to being served and offered a fork when I was eating a burger topping with my hand, the service was great. Everyone, especially the man cooking the burgers, had a great vibe and friendliness. I got the Jalapeño Popper Burger and shared Chili Cheese Fries with my wife. The burger was amazing, full of flavor and grilled perfectly. I took my poppers off to eat them separate because the burger didn't need any topping, not even cheese. It was that good of a burger. The chili they make here is top notch. The cheese on my fries did melt right after I took The picture. Was chili cheese goodness. Will defiantly be back when craving a properly cooked and seasoned burger.

We had decided to try them out because we wanted to try a new spot. Everything was decent enough. Only real complaint was that we ordered fried pickles and they realized they were out after we had paid. We had a traditional cheesesteak sandwich (approx 8" long) and large cheesesteak fries. Prices are typical - sandwich $11 and large fries $9. The sandwich was very good with a fair amount of meat that comes with grilled onions & cheese whiz -- all mixed together. You have a choice of Cheese Whiz, American, or Provolone. To us, the cheese whiz was a bit heavy where it over powered the steak. The fries are skin on and crispy. Fries presented with a good helping of steak and cheese whiz on top (again, a bit heavy but I guess better too much than not enough), no onion. We were a bit surprised it didn't present like a cheesesteak sandwich just placed on fries instead of bread. While we were eating, the staff and manager came out to see how things where. We told him all was really good but we were surprise the way the fries presented and really expected basically same as the sandwich just on top of the fries. The manager and a staff member saw that it was just an error. They made us an order to-go to make up for the error. It was a nice gesture and we really appreciated being heard. So far, none of the prior business have stayed in this location. We are hopeful Big Daddy's will stay and flourish. We will return and suggest others give them a try.

Let's start with my husband's jalapeño burger... y'all... he took ONE bite and immediately hit me with "this tastes like a high-quality homemade burger." And he wasn't lying. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked--like backyard grill mastery but elevated. Now let's talk about the kiddo's chicken tenders--because WHAT?! These weren't your average frozen, tossed-in-the-fryer situation. These were hands down some of the BEST chicken tenders I've had in a long time. Fresh, crispy, perfectly breaded, cooked to absolute perfection--and don't even get me started on the fries... golden, crispy, and downright addictive. And then... MY plate. The street taco plate with carne asada. Listen... this didn't just meet expectations--it BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER. The meat was fresh, insanely well seasoned (not overdone, not dry--just PERFECT). The flavors were bold without being overwhelming. And the sauces?! Unreal. The serrano sauce had the perfect kick without burning your soul off, and that avocado salsa? Smooth, flavorful, and chef's kiss. As someone who lives in Texas, I can confidently say--this is NOT your typical Tex-Mex spot. And thank goodness for that. So many places either overcook everything or completely miss the seasoning... but not here. This is authentic flavor, done RIGHT. This has officially become my go-to taco spot. No question. No competition. We WILL be back--and not just once... this is going into regular rotation. If you're even THINKING about trying this place--STOP thinking and GO. You can thank me later.

I got the California Avocado Burger with onion rings, and my boyfriend got The Big Mike with chili cheese fries. Both burgers were fantastic. The onion rings were well battered and good. The chili cheese fries, on the other hand, were not great. Do NOT get the chili. The second time, we dined in. I got the Jalapeño Burger, and my boyfriend got the Steak Philly with a side of onion rings. The burger was bomb, but next time I would get it with a different type of cheese. They weren't skimpy with the Steak Philly at all, but it was just meh. The third time, we dined in again and decided to get the 10 Al Pastor tacos deal. I loved how it was plated, and they did not skimp on the meat, but it was way too salty. Service is quick, and the wait for the food isn't long. They do get pretty busy, but there's plenty of seating. They also have an area where you can grab your own condiments and peppers, which I love. I would definitely recommend their burgers for sure. Bonus points for the drive thru.
