This used to be our old stomping grounds. My husband and I used to come here when we were dating. I had not been to Burger Box in 13 years. We told our kids about it and they wanted to go. Food is still as good as ever. Burgers are flavorful and their milkshakes are to die for. Seems like this is still the perfect spot for a date night or family night. Everyone left full and happy after their meal. Maybe this time I wont wait so long to come back. read more

Burger Box is way better than your average burger stop. I went to get a burger and fries...until I saw the fish sandwich and onion rings. The veggies on the sandwich were fresh and the fish was very good. The onion rings were huge with thick onions. Very tasty. read more

Hi folks. How are you doing this luscious summers night? Okay, so it isn't summer, but I will call 74 degrees in February summer if I need to It's close enough. So I love me some family businesses. Burger Box is the absolute definition of family business. Husband and Wife, son and daughter operating this spot on the corner of happiness, and joy. Today was my annual check up. Doc said all of my numbers were very good. So tonight, I cheat full on. Ordered up one of this spots best bets. Chicken fried steak sandwich. Add golden, crispy, oniony rings. Close it out with a 16 oz chocolate malt made with Blue Bell Ice Cream. Everything about this meal is a favorite. Breaded steak, on a lightly toasted bun, thick fresh slices of tomato, crisp lettuce, pickles,flag waving American cheese. Super good. Onion rings with thick cut yellow onions. Breaded with panko crumbs for that super crunch, bite after delicious bite. The closer, a chocolate malt thick, sweet, chilly chill. How much is this feast? a few cents over $12. Add a tip if you please. if not, put something in the jar they have raising money for missing kids, or do both. Okay so that malt is really filling as it is made with real ice cream, so I had to make a tough call. Cut the sammie in half, eat half the rings. Drink all of that malt. So now, tomorrow, lunch, more steak, more rings. Yes. Two meals for the price of one. I truly hope you all are surrounding your lives with loved ones, with family. If not, then get out to Burger Box on Glenview in Richland Hills, allow a beautiful family to cook you a meal. The menu is jam packed with some of the best good food done fast in North Texas, and Texas itself. They truly put their all in every meal. Seeing as how I am on no weight bearing restrictions we have been ordering out or Javier has been stopping to get us food on his way home a lot & this is one of our new favorite places. He loves the burgers & I adore the grilled chicken sandwich! The grilled chicken sandwich is very filling & seasoned perfectly not overcooked. It has mayonnaise lettuce ( when they are not out) & fresh tomatoes). It is always cooked fresh. It is by far my favorite grilled chicken sandwich from a fast food place. Sorry I haven't been taking pic's lately due to my injury. We get this at least once a week so next time I will take a pic & update it! I gave it a 4 star because every now & then you get a pice of chicken that only covers 1/2 of the bun, it's still good but they should give you what your paying for. read more

We have been coming to this location for over a few years now, never had a complaint until now. As you can see on the photo I took of my cheeseburger and my husband ordered the same thing and his too was identical to mine. I could not believe that they served us this. The patty did not look or taste good at all, as you can see on the photo. Not sure if anyone looks at their food but I did and was surprised that they were selling this to people. The shape of the patty did not look normal nor it fit in my burger. Not to mention the taste, it was not the same as before. It did not even taste like a burger. I was so disappointed because I used to love their burgers, could not believe that the quality of the burger was such. For both my husband's and mine to be the same, that burger was unacceptable. We paid money for that. No telling how long they have been getting away selling this unacceptable burger. I will not return to this location ever again. I wanted to warn everyone in drive thru what they were selling, as we are paying money for this and we should be sold something edible and worth eating. I am still disappointed in myself that I did not speak up about the burger and get a refund, as it was awful. So disappointed read more

An unsuspecting success! We came in around 2 on a Saturday and were the only customers, a bit concerning but the staff was very attentive! The prices were pretty comparable to other burger places, maybe a little cheaper than some. I got a Junior burger and my husband got a basket. Both our burgers were delicious! Fresh and had that beautiful grill flavor. Yum. Buns nice and toasted. The tater tots were superb and even better with their ranch dressing. Their sweet tea was fresh and quite good. Honestly I read the reviews they were great but wasn't sure . The place "looks" a little run down- but it's definitely a diamond in the rough. The burger was excellent- definitely fresh beef. The cashier was super sweet- and the woman who brought the food over was really nice too. When I first walked in I could smell the cleaners so they def scrub the place clean often which is nice too. I almost wish as a community we could help shape the place up a bit but maybe one day :) Place was great just go and try it !! read more

I eat here at least 3 times a month and have for 7 years. This is by far the best fast food burger around. Toasted bun and crispy edges on the burger with the best crinkle cut fries. The BLT is also amazing and my husband and I love coming through and satisfying our high school fried burrito cravings often. This isn't a fine dining restaurant nor a new hipster joint. This is a diner. You should take the time to meet the owners and staff.They are always so kind and I've never ever had an order wrong which is not my experience at any other fast food restaurants. read more

I was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed with the food and the service. I'm not even a burger fan and can't wait to go back and get another burger from here. Everything was a so delish! I had a jr burger and fries today ordered at the drive thru, food was fresh and Really Hot! I really love it when my fries are piping hot. This restaurant is run down, very old. Got a bacon burger with fries and drink. The bacon was nice and crunchy, the burger was fresh, the buns were above average. The onions and lettuce were fresh. The crinkle cut fries they serve and nothing special. Some people like them I guess, I don't. They needed more salt and more flavor. I would return for a burger and drink. read more

Family comes here more often than we should. Menu has a lot to choose from so you're not stuck ordering the same things over and over. Everything always tastes fresh. Their maltshakes are just the right amount of thick to enjoy. The place is always busy which makes the wait a bit long, but the food is worth it. Just wish they'll open dine-ins soon! read more

I've already got that feeling that someone is going to criticize what I think Burger Box tastes like (just like my Griff's Burger review - I swear that if you add mustard it tastes like a Whataburger! LOL) If I... had to define what I thought Burger Box tasted like. I would say that their burgers are pretty close to a Sonic burger (ducking head, looking for projectiles). Anyhow, I love the crinkly cut fries that they serve here (just the right amount of salt, crunchy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside). The store itself could use some help. It's an old recycled Dairy Queen store, and while you can see that they've made some improvements (plus it was very clean), it just seems kind of dated. (Though I love the airy-ness of it) And I really like the option of the covered patio area. While I was there, I couldn't shake some questions lingering in my mind. Do they want to be another franchised burger place? Do they want to stay small (and probably family owned)? It seems like they're trying to do both, but that's my own curiosity running wild again. Anyhow, decent burgers and fries for a reasonable price. read more

Too much hype here. We're new to the area and so when I saw this little place that looked like it had been here forever I had to try it. We ordered the sampler and the box burger just to get a good idea of their fare. I see a lot of positive reviews for the ranch and I think it is overrated, nothing special. The only good items were the butterfly shrimp. The fried pickles were burned, the chicken fingers were so plain and boring, and the fries taste like the ones in my freezer. Nothing special here. I only ate half the burger as I had no desire to keep going. My significant other was horribly sick after his meal. This place was pricey too, two samplers, two plain burgers, two milkshakes and a four piece order of chicken nuggets about 33 dollars. I feel like they should pay us to eat that. read more

I drive by this place all the time. I finally stopped by and ordered a single patty with cheese and was really surprised with the size and freshness of this hamburger, for $2.99 that's with no drink or fries, it was really, really good! Thought I would try a new burger place (Burger Street) on Sunday, May 10, 2026. Unfortunately, it…read morewas a terrible experience, especially since it was my first time to visit Burger Street. This is the Pipeline Road location in Hurst and the timeline is between 7:00 pm and 7:45 pm. I placed an on-line order at approx. 7:06 pm. Shortly thereafter, I received a text stating that my order would be ready between 7:20 PM - 7:25 PM and I also received a confirming email advising my order number was e35dfc70 and the pickup time was between 7:15 PM - 7:25 PM. I left my house at approx. 7:15 PM and arrived at Burger Street at 7:25 PM. I stopped at the menu/speaker and when asked by the young woman inside about my order, I told her that I was there to pick up an online order. She told me to proceed to the window. When I arrived at the window, the young woman inside pointed toward the street (Pipeline Road). I do not read sign language and since this was my very first visit to Burger Street, I had no idea what she wanted of me. I sat in my car with the engine running for 20 minutes with absolutely no direct communication from anyone inside Burger Street. No one EVER came to the window to speak with me directly. I waited until 7:45 PM and, at that point, I was concerned that if I got my food, there was a possibility that it may have been sabotaged in some way, so I left. Since this was an on-line order, it was already paid for. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and receive a refund. I was left stranded at the window so I left without getting my food and there was absolutely no communication for an employee if there was a problem or not. Because of this rude and inconsiderate behavior by the employees working that night, I, most likely, will not patronize Burger Street ever again.
