Love this place so much! The employees are so nice. You are greeted as soon as you enter the store. The burgers are fresh...and you have so many toppings to choose from with no additional charge. You have an option between regular fries or cajun fries (get CAJUN!). you can dip fries in ketchup or malt vinegar (I didn't enjoy the malt vinegar but my sister loved it). Also if you don't want to get burgers for kids they have hotdogs as well. One thing I always felt like Five Guys was missing was milkshakes...well there was a sign up that read "Milkshakes coming soon" Excited to go back and try those out! read more

Not sure what is happening to this location however there seems to be a new regime of employees who are not necessarily interested in providing the same level of service to all customers. I go in a lunchtime the other day and I am the only person waiting for an order. Order number 64 and the two employees were more interested in discussing the events from last night then get my order ready. Fooling around, laughing it up and generally disinterested. I waited and waited because they weren't paying attention and used my burgers for a to-go order that was called in...so now I have to wait for two burgers to cook all over again. They knew they messed-up and neither of them said a word about the mistake or address the fact I was waiting so long and no one was in the store. Also, the guy working the fry station was upset because he knew the messed up and he couldn't do anything about it. There are a lot of places to get burgers these days. Worst customer experience ever. We ordered 4 burgers in total. Ordered my two cheeseburgers with a few things on them. My order took the form of "Two cheeseburgers with...", implying that everything to follow applied to both. Got order, returned home to find that one of the burgers was as ordered and the second one had nothing on it. Returned to the location and asked for the manager. The manager appeared to think I was some kind of annoyance. When I expressed my problem, her response was "you have to tell them what you want on it when you order it". Is in the middle of a sentence explaining that I did, when she walked away from me, telling another employee to "talk to this guy". Second employee also identified herself as a manager and basically repeated the conversation of the first. The interaction came to a close with the original manager returning to say "You can throw that away", referring to the Burger I had returned with, and walked away. This conveyed the concept "We're not doing anything for you". I asked if this was a corporate location or a franchise, and was told it was corporate. (This was a lie.) I asked for the customer service number and was refused. They told me "Look it up on the web". The level of aggressiveness far exceeds what anyone in a customer service position should have. So, from a simple issue that started with an inattentive order taker and could have been resolved quickly, it evolved to a situation where neither I nor anyone who will listen to me will ever purchase anything from any Five Guys ever. Dropped in here for a quick meal pre-target run. The service was great, and the food came out quickly. Everyone was satisfied with their meal; we had 1 burger, 1 BLT, and 1 veggie sandwich. For vegetarian food at a burger place, the sandwich was pretty good. The fries we bought were generously portioned and the perfect crispiness. I cannot say enough about this particular Five Guys location. I've been to a handful of other locations and THIS is by far THE BEST! I LOVE the bacon cheeseburger "all the way." Real. Bacon. is all I have to say. Actually, writing this review is making me want to have one right now. The staff is so friendly. They smile as soon as you walk in. They seriously make you feel like you are visiting friends! There is no such thing as a "complicated" order to them. They try their best to get you your burger just the way you want it. And, sometimes if you're really nice they'll even throw in some extra fries :) The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean, there is ample parking, and enough fries to satisfy your clogged arteries' desire. We always enjoy this location. The store is clean and nice and bright. It does seem though that after the initial decorating nothing else has been done. Good homestyle burger, fries are really good and they give you way more than one person could eat. This particular 5guys is pretty clean and the staff is always pleasant. A little on the pricey side but it's a decent burger and the fries are worth it. The only complaint I have is that this is the 3rd time I've eaten here and asked for extra a1 sauce each time and every time it seems that there's barely enough on there to taste. While the food is good, better than Burger King fast food, the cleanliness is lacking. Went into today to get a to go order and standing at the counter waiting to pick up food was a woman and her young child, probably around two years old. Instead of having her child stand and hold their hand or holding her child on her hip, she decides to sit her child up on the counter. The same counter where every order is put to be received by customers and EATEN! She doesn't just rest her child there, but has them facing into the cooking area with their dirty shoe covered feet up on there along with their diaper wearing bum. While she was completely ignorant to do this, I cannot fathom that not one employee or manager asked her to remove her child from the counter where people's food is served. Unsanitary and disgusting and shameful on the parts of the customer and staff. How is this acceptable in a food serving area? I'm sorry I don't want my food served from a counter where a diaper wearing child and their dirty shoes were "hanging out". Maybe the dept of health needs to make a visit because I'm sure there is worse going on behind the scenes if this is acceptable.
