I love a Five Guys burger. I havemt been in a while so I had the cheeseburger with 2 patties and went all in with the toppings. It was a pretty awesome burger. Everything was flavorful. If you haven't had Five Guys fries, try em! They give you a lot also! I dunk mine in malted vinegar and ketchup. Soon good!!! The restaurant was very clean which surprised me considering they offer complimentary shelled peanuts. The tables and floor was spotless! No shells on the floor at all. Sercice: I requested something that I suppose was a bit out of the norm and heard the staff talk about my request. They seemed annoyed but I really didnt ask for much. Oh well. Got Five guys for the first time in years. The food arrived sealed, partially through my food I noticed a small and curly hair in my burger, almost instantly after my wife found a much longer somewhat curly hair in her burger that had no meat. Absolutely foul and unsanitary! Very much do NOT recommend. Throwing it all way and not even checking for more hair. read more

Our favorite hamburger of all. The burgers are made to order with a large selection of toppings. The burgers have two patties unless you specifically order the single. They give a very generous portion of fries. Also have fresh peanuts to munch on while waiting on your order. read more

Fan freakin tactic. Greasy as hell but that comes with the territory. I wish they didn't do the fry topper, never understood that, it's not cool, it's just messy. If you want a burger that tastes like something you fried in a pan at your home, then this is your place. I however, like a little more finesse and flavor to my burger. I've been here several times with friends and family who want to try it. The burgers are nothing special and the fries are soggy and always taste a little undercooked. Last night my wife delivered our first child. My Dad asked her where she wanted food from and of all places in Owensboro she picked Five Guys. My Mom and Dad got there after they had closed. Dad was able to talk to one of the workers and explained the situation. They had already turned off all of the fryers and grills. The manager came out and said they would be happy to turn everything back on and cook for us! That's unheard of customer service! Most people would have said we are already closed. Great burgers, good ,abundant fries ( fries would be better if they used a two stage frying method). I really like that each burger us cooked to order and can be dressed a myriad of ways. I enjoy going to five guys because the food is great but if this doesn't change I will not be going here anymore. The incident that really upset me was when your employee, Ben Peters, spit on my veggie sandwich right in front of me because of my vegetarian status.
