Not your typical five guys! Upon arrival at this location the lighting was dim and there was no energy from the staff. They were not friendly and do not move with a purpose. I had made an online order to avoid waiting, but waited 15 minutes after the pick up time. There were a couple people in line and a handful of groups eating at the table. So, nonetheless not very busy just your normal amount of traffic. The quality of the burgers were your typical freshness, but were cold because they took so long to wrap the burger with foil. They skimp on the cheese, which other locations the cheese is oozing out of the burger. Overall, my experience was not good and was not the fast and friendly five guys we all love. My recommendation do not go to this location. Rather, drive the extra miles to the Brokaw location. Bad service and a cold burger is not worth it. read more

I'd like to give a 1 star, but the store is new, I like the chain, and I'm assuming a lot of first time workers are employed here. I hope I can get a better experience next time. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, cajun fries, and a large drink. The girl rang me up for a bacon cheeseburger, a bacon burger, and a regular drink. I wasn't aware of this until after I paid because I didn't get a read back of my order. I couldn't seem to get through to the employees that I wanted to pay for a slice of cheese on my burger, not buying a new one, so I gave up and accepted my fate. On top of the order being wrong, our two burgers took twenty minutes to make (numbers 10 orders ahead of me began getting served) while the employees were constantly in and out of the kitchen whenever friends would show up. I'd consider Five Guys to be a five star fast food restaurant. The food here is just as delicious here as it is any five guys location but the customer service is pretty terrible. This is the 2nd time I've came and both times the person who took my order had a HUGE attitude. I forgot the name of the employee the first time but the second time my order was taken by Jasmine. Not only was she rude but she failed to take my order correctly. I had to come back in after calling about the mishap. The stink eye she gave me when I showed up with my incorrect food was a little hilarious considering this was her fault. Maybe have Jasmine not take orders? Her customer service skills are clearly lacking. Really appreciate how clean this place was when I went! During the shelter-in-place, they are only taking online orders. They're super busy, so service isn't as fast as usual. Fries were definitely seasoned...super salty...Burger was a good filling size! Drink was nice and cold. Employees had gloves and masks on and were clearly working as quick as possible under pressure. They were generous with condiments and napkins. Overall, I would come here again! It's nice to have a local fast food place I can trust with my food! They also have Door Dash. This is were you go when u want a great burger. The taste is fresh and authentic . My advice is order the small cheeseburger/burger. The regular burgers are way too big. Don't come here unless you want to catch Covid. After placing my order here, the girl at the counter says "WAIT OUTSIDE!" which I was already doing. And outside the door are a bunch of people, half looked like homeless, and half aren't wearing mask crowded around the door. (Like when the smokers were pushed outside, and all they did was smoke just outside the door.) Then a employee kid comes out and says, 'You can't eat at the tables' which was around the doors. So what do they do, they eat around the trash can which is even closer to the door and the employees didn't care. After walking through these people, I wait far from these people for my food. After around 20 minutes, a girl comes out with my drink and no straw. After another 10 minutes, I look inside and I see one lone bag sitting on the counter and employees just walking around cleaning up, but don't want to give out the food sitting there for like 20 minutes. After another 20 minutes, someone finally gives that food out, and of course it's mine. Now the fries aren't fresh anymore and the bun are soaked through with grease. And still no straw. Stay away from this place! Terrible service, food just lying with open bag waiting on the counter exposed with no employee thinking to give it to the people that ordered it. And you'll have to walk through a bunch of maskless people to wait for your food. read more

Excellent service. Love coming into this place and seeing that nice young lady! I forget to add whip cream to my milkshake orders and she always asks me if I would like whip cream. Thank you, miss! I'm a regular and everytime I walk through that door she already knows to drop my fries!! Excellent. My burger was very juicy, unfortunately that bacon is just so crunchy. First, it is 90 degrees outside and it is 94 inside the store and their reason is the AC not working. I rarely make reviews... like it has to be either real good or real bad for me to write one. I walked in and stood at the front to order and was ignored for about 5 minutes, and there was only 3 other people inside that were waiting for their orders. Okay whatever, no big deal this happens at many places right? So I payed for a simple ass order. Two little cheeseburgers, all the way, except for mustard. Two small fries. Two regular drinks. I mean they couldn't possibly fuck it up. I didn't get my cups right away, but I noticed the people waiting didn't either so I didn't care. The wait time for the food was only about 15 minutes, thats good I guess. When I got my food I still didn't get my cups. All the workers were playing dumb and wouldn't attend anyone. They all had the their backs turned and avoided eye contact with the customers. After getting my cups I forgot to ask for the lids, or rather, they forgot to give them to me. I waited another while until some lady gave me the lids. No straws either I guess I needed to ask for that too, ehh, save the turtles! Anyways I got home and the fries were so fucking over-salted they should've included two shots of tequila. Lol but seriously I had to throw them away. The burgers... Bruh at this point all I wanted was the burgers to be good I didnt give a shit about the fries. One burger was all the way with mustard. I asked for no mustard.
