Ate here for the first time yesterday and let me tell you.. I was not expecting it to be that good honestly. The fries are fabulous and they have malt vinegar my favorite! And the burgers, ohhh the burgers. After trying most of the burger joints in town I can 100% honestly say these burgers were the best I've had!! It never fails to amaze me when a place that has been popular all over then country comes in, the first reviews are negative from because it "too busy" or "the fries aren't like McDonalds". Not surprisingly and luckily - this franchise doesn't need a seal of approval from people, who ironically came out within the first week of opening, and felt the ten minute wait was too long. Rant over - now to the food! If you've never been to Five Guys - it's solid for fast food. The burgers are big and a standard deviation above the mean for sure. I'm not a huge fan of the fries, but my wife is - so you may be as well! The shakes are delicious and while they're nothing you haven't had before, they really hit he spot one hot, haven't yet had ice cream day. I had a standard cheeseburger and in addition to being big and tasty, it was rather pretty! It's probably the closest I've ever had to a burger looking in real life, like it does on a commercial. As previously stated, I'm not a fan of the fries, but my preference is for crispy fries and here the potato spears are more in the bulky side - my wife prefers these so in the end it's all solid! The shake was solid as well - standard chocolate and very good. The wait wasn't overly long and 1) it was worth it and 2) they'd only been open for about 96 hours! I was more impressed with the fact that they were pumping orders out and getting things right despite being so new. The peanuts are served in giant boxes and you simply help yourself, discarding on the ground as you please! Overall, an above average fast food stop. If your fry preference is for bulky trending soggy fries, this is more you dig and the burgers are uniformly delicious. Welcome to town Five Guys! read more

Its been awhile since I ate here like a couple years. I guess I choose here today. I probably wanted a real burger that isn't as processed or one that would rot if left out. I ordered the Cajun fries. They are good probably a little more seasoning on them that probably should be. I ordered a small. And it was more fries than I was expecting. I'm not a sauce or dressing person. And if you are like me you will want to salt and pepper the burger. Its also nice you can get the toppings you want on any burger and dressing without having to pay extra. I also had a milkshake in my opinion it wasn't anything that gave you a wow. I should order these more often. I do miss the free peanuts. They still have the big bags there serving another purpose a barrier and just making your mind and mouth wished you had a handful. read more

Just got back home after driving clear across town specifically for Five Guys with no Five Guys, ended up with pizza instead. They wouldn't make an order of Cajun fries because it was 5 minutes before they were closing and someone lazily turned off the fryers early. If you close at 10 guys, you close at 10. Not 9:50 or 9:55 or even 9:59. It makes your paying customer who drove 20 minutes to get a sandwich and Cajun fries feel unappreciated; especially when you claim to have just turned it off as we stood waiting to order (so...you couldn't pop that baby back on? And you couldn't wait to see if we wanted to order fries, 1 of the only 2 basic things you guys offer?). Not cool. I fire people I employ who work on such a level of laziness and lack of care for the customer. I have never written a restaurant review but this location truly deserves it. The manager is awesome and super personable. I had only waited on my food for maybe ten minutes or so and the manager gave us extra fries and apologized for the wait. I didn't even mind the wait and he did that without question. This was our first time eating at a Five Guys. We were very happy with our experience. The establishment was clean, well lite and easy to find. The menu was easy to follow. We shared with the employee Brandon that it was our first time and he walked us through how to order, sizes etc. he was very polite, professional and friendly. This location is relatively new but like all Five Guys I've never had a bad experience. First time around my girlfriend and I got burger, and loving burgers this is a five star to me. Not so much her, she said they were okay just under seasoned which I thought was reasonable. None the less this is one of my favorite burger joints BUT this time we didn't get the burgers. We both tried their Dogs this time and although they are prepared a little odd, they tasted great. It's definitely not your average dog but I wouldn't compare it to a Hot Dog specialty in EBurg. Definitely worth trying although it wasn't heavy but we left content, will definitely come back for a dog every now and then. Also need to add that this location is a bit more clean then the others. We placed our order at 5:19 pm and didn't receive our order until 5:39. I always check my items before leaving. I ordered my burger without onions. There were onions on item. I returned it and made them prepare a new burger. We finally got out of there at five fourty four. Apparently this location is not the place to go to if one is in a hurry. I have been to the Northgate location in Seattle whenever I go visit a friend who lives in the area and have always been pleased with their service and time taken to get our order ready. I went here for the first time recently and I was very pleasantly surprised! Their food is really good and you can completely customize everything. I definitely recommend it! They are also nice and very fast. We have always loved Five Guys. That's until today. Service was super slow. When we did get our food, my hot dog was on a stale bun that was cold and not grilled and fell all apart. Was also not hot. My husband's burger was cold, the cheese was not even close to melted and the bun was not grilled. The cajun fries had so much cajun seasoning on them that they were just about inedible. Was craving burgers and went here ordered 4 burgers and was disappointed at how they take your order and go back and cook without washing there hands! Also 2 of the burgers were missing the bacon onion and mushrooms, when we got home to eat them they fell apart they were made very very sloppy! I was first introduced to FiveGuys in Virginia. Hands down the best burger restaurant around. So much better than McDonald's or any other fast food joint. The fries are always good and I love that they tell you what kind of potatoes they use that day and where they came from. And I like that you can order everything separately. Well what can I say. Burgers are good. You get lots of fries enough to last all week. Eating the peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor are fun. But being from California there is one thing that ruined the experience and if you have been to California or lived there and you have ate at an In-N-Out you know what I mean. The look is so similar but there is no way they will ever be the same taste. So when I walked in I expected that fresh delicious taste and it was not even close. But don't get me wrong it is still delicious just in a different way. I guess it's hard to understand unless you have tried In-N-Out. Other than that I recommend it. read more

Only 4 customers in the restaurant. We placed our order. Waited 15 minutes for our order to be called. Order not complete. Milk shake was missing. Both hamburgers were cool. Cheese had not even begun to melt. We alerted the staff and they remade them and came hot. The frys were soggy probably because of the paper bag. Excellent. Exactly what you would expect from a Five Guys. Their burgers aren't fancy or gourmet, but they are easily my favorite chain burger. Fries at this location are hit or miss. If you go when it's busy, you won't get those amazing crispy fries that you expect. Customer service is great and it's a great place for a fast lunch. Even when they are busy, you can get your food and be out of the door in 10-15 minutes. read more
