He also got a banana shake, which he really enjoyed. The service was great--the ladies were very nice, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The vibe is awesome--kind of a fun 50's diner feel with stool seating, plus sports memorabilia all around, which adds a cool touch. The food was solid and pretty standard. Pressed paninis and American favorites are at your disposal. Our turkey/swiss was surprisingly good as were the ham and cheddar and the Roast Beef & Swiss that our counterparts tried. Our little dudes also thoroughly enjoyed their hot dog. Hard to mess up, but nice to know that it's there. The only way we felt things could be improved upon was if they use the little bit nicer bread. Haven't been in the Midwest for a long time, coming back and having the different Northwest themed Poulsbo breads ( I think it's actually called something else now, but that's how I remember it) like milk and honey or Bainbridge Island nine-grain, it seems like a no-brainer to use them and up the sandwich game in a noticeable but very easy way.
