The manager ken is a wonderful person. Anything broken, needs repair and replacement will be taken care of within a few hours. There is a lot of space around the apartments to walk around. The gym and the pool are clean and well maintained. Trash is always removed on time. Staff is very friendly and never shies away from helping one out. I would seriously recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment near Oakland university or Chrysler headquarters.

My loved one has been eating the same oatmeal and a half a bagel for years. There is a charge for eggs or pancakes. You also receive only 2 free dinners a month offered Monday through Thursday only. Kitchen help and food is from a Kosher Catering off sight service. My loved one has experienced abusive treatment by one of their servers twice. It was reported and this server remains employed. Food is very expensive and hit or miss. For what they charge you can do much much better elsewhere.

It is a peaceful apartment complex even a big amount of oakland student are here. But I am telling you from my experience I never hear any noise. Even there is party. Sit there and harass your girlfriend they will give you blown out water heaters that will leak to the basement and they will try to make you liable for it... there's trash cans, sitting outside of every apartment building with rats, chipmunks, squirrels, and raccoons going through them all... every single wall in the apartment has just been painted over with white paint, no matter if it's a booger no matter if it's all ridge.. the air control filters have no been changed in a decade and your apartment will be filled with dust every other day and the funniest part about all this is the management company that runs this place. They never answer their phones. They're very very demanding and they're very unfair and very unprofessional. I will tell everybody for the rest of my life to run away from this place.

However, I had to pay $200 out of pocket today since their pest control didn't show up yesterday when I worked from home as agreed with the office two weeks prior. Problem still isn't resolved, spraying alone is not working and the office suggested waiting 2 more weeks to see if their pest control actually shows up. Meanwhile, the infestation is growing and potentially more damage is being done. I also cannot use my storage unit or even look inside, nor use my balcony. Way to enjoy summer! Avoid this property if at all possible. You'll be much happier and treated better elsewhere!

We also had a roach infection a couple years ago that took them over a month to get resolved because they put a roach infested fridge in our unit. The stove had a dead roach behind the oven clock and they still have yet to change the stove.

She has said maintenance has been to our apartment which is a lie as we have been here all week and weekend. Also I have my phone by me and nobody has called me. I do online home schooling with my kids through the state and my 17 yr old is home when I am not ready to let mainetence in. So let's see poor communication with tenants and ignoring tenants phone calls. Claiming maintenance is by the apartment even when tenants are home. Blocks tenants from Facebook page because of bad reviews and gets mad about them. Btw Management I will be reporting you to the news if my son gets sick and in the hospital because of the 80 degree temperatures coming this week which would put inside our apartment at 85-90. ******update 2pm and maintenance has charged the AC but I have yet to receive a call back from management as to why our AC does not hold a charge and if they will be doing a full repair on the AC to our unit instead of just a patch job.
