I bought my 2018 Ducati from the dealership a few years ago and had only ever gone to the dealer for service and repairs, because I was told "that's what you're supposed to do." My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I'm the kind of person that will not settle for anything less than what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a clean shop, reputable and responsible people, work experience, and good pricing. Fix Six Two Motorsports possesses all of those qualities. I want a shop that will treat my bike right! Out of the six shops I had inquired with, I stuck with this one and I will always come back in the future. I have a 2020 Suzuki GSX-R750 that I was looking to modify. With modifications, I don't really trust dealerships (no offense to them). I needed a shop that not only knew what they were doing, but could also work with what I had. I had requested a quote through the phone and honestly, the pricing is beyond reasonable here. Don't even bother asking other places because I already have- this is the place to go to. I had wanted to swap out my bike's OEM parts for aftermarket parts: brake/clutch levers, fender eliminator kit, better air filter, lever grips and bar ends, spools/axle sliders, and the exhaust. Quite the list! They were able to give me a quote and we were able to work out a day for me to come by and drop the bike off (appointment only at the time). I felt at ease the entire time my motorcycle was in their hands. Everyone there is extremely professional, friendly, and tentative in communicating and in their work. If there was anything that needed attention, they would immediately reach out to me to give me an update. The BIGGEST "wow" was when it came to realization that the aftermarket exhaust I had purchased could not be accommodated in the OEM frame. Tony had called me to let me know and suggested trimming the plastic to accommodate the exhaust. Now, under normal circumstances, I'm sure people would usually freak out. However, with Tony and the guys at the shop, my bike was in good hands. After plastic surgery, he had sent me a photo and my goodness, it was beautifully done. This is quality work right here. Now I'm extremely happy with my bike and it couldn't have been without Five Six Two Motorsports! In addition to myself, I have friends that come here with their motorcycles. With my experience, I encourage everyone to bring their bike to this shop- your bike will be in good hands! read more

I needed a rear brake light and rear turn signals installed on my bike. Tony gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, and when I told him about an issue I was having with oil leakage he gave me another reasonable quote to inspect the additional issue. All lights were installed, and function as intended (there were issues with the front turn signals prior). The oil issue turned out to be a series of very minor issues, which they corrected with no further charge. This work was completed MUCH quicker than I expected, and Tony was in contact with me every step of the way. I really appreciated the phone calls regarding the status of my bike.
