Dirtbags and MikeyLoco and Neka and Eddie totally hooked up the very complicated fast-up front and rear air ride and integration with the train horn on my 2014 CVO Softail Deluxe! They are professional, extremely talented and skilled, and responsive. Lots of shops do air ride, no doubt. CVO Softail deluxes are unique and difficult due to the ABS module that is hidden in the front headlight shroud that would normally accommodate the usual valves or relays. Dirtbags installed a whole new system and doubled the normal PSI to optimize the fast-up component and train horn integration. Can't wait to have Dirtbags upgrade my CVO Road Glide next year! I have heard of these guys thru the bike community and follow them on instagram. My buddy and I rode down to check out the shop. Walked thru the front door and was greeted my Mikey himself. They immediately let me know when they found things that were missing/previously done incorrectly and if they could fix it right then and there at no extra charge. Being a woman, shops are kind of intimidating especially because I am new to riding, but this place made me feel right at home. I needed a engine guard installed on my sportster, and even though they were backed up a bit they squeezed me in and had me on my way in about 30 minutes. My bike went from a plain ugly-duckling to an eye-popping slede...I'm pleased with every aspect of my build with clean lines and tons of up-grades starting with a 23" set-up, 14" bars, arlen ness gloss black lowers, 4" sliders, contrast cut grips; floorboards, heel-toe shifter & brake lever, and contrast cut bag latches, rear air-ride setup, (etc.). DB also handled my paint upgrade for my bike as well as the 4" stretched bags, rear stretched fender, 7" LED head light, led front turn signals, plasma rods for rear-end with run-brake-turn setup and my sounds are on deck with a alpine head-unit, amp and infinity speakers, (etc.). In August I was involved in a crash on my Harley and was referred by geico to a shop in oceanside. I heard about this guy Mike in long beach from a friend who said he does amazing work and has killer prices so I decided to give him a call and was shocked to hear everything he was going to include for the $ I was getting from the insurance company. The shop in oceanside was going to replace all of the damaged pieces back to stock, but Mike had quoted me all the upgrades I was wanting that were going to be an extra $5000 at the other shop. 18" ape hangers, steel braided cables/lines, 21" spoke front rim with chrome rotors, 4" extended bags with lids latches and locks, air ride suspension, slip on exhaust (that sounds killer!) plus all of the paint and body work and accessories. I literally paid 1/3 of what it would've cost me to have Harley or another shop do this work! I'm super happy with how my road king turned out and I'm never going to take it to any other shop again. Mike is very professional, friendly and has a clean shop where he can do anything from change your oil to a full frame up custom build. I even think I saw a street fighter type bike in the back so it's not just Harleys or baggers he works on all kinds of bikes. A good builder/repair guy for your bike is hard to come by and now that I've found a reliable and HONEST guy with great prices and good quality work I'll be a customer for life and recommend him to all my buddies.
