I love my new masterbathroom. The old bathroom was all tile and it was very slippery. The new composite flooring prevents you from slipping. We were scammed right from the start. We had a sales rep that claimed to be a supervisor come to the house. We were going to redo the main floor bathroom. We were concerned that our tub upstairs had some water around it. A moisture sensor was used and we were told that there was most definitely water behind our drywall and it is leaking around the tub. So we switched to having the upstairs tub pulled and a new tub put in and new surrounding walls. The man that did the work was efficient, professional, and just a pleasure to have in your home working. Sadly once the walls were taken down and the tub out, Surprise! NO WATER OR MOISTURE anywhere. So perfectly good drywall and a bathtub were destroyed for no reason other than a bigger sale. The new tub was put in and the surrounding wall panels, these were white. All the hardware came in the wrong color so they had to be swapped out once the correct color came in. So the faucet leaks I am brought another one, not the same style as the one I picked out but I still put it on. My "white" walls, are no longer white. I was told they are super easy to keep clean. Well despite my scrubbing and wiping the walls turned a nasty yellow color but the tub stayed white. So in a nutshell we spent a lot of money to have a bathroom redone that had nothing wrong with it and now it looks old and yellow like a smokers teeth and we are still paying it off. It took me a while to write a review out of shame that I fell for such a scam and that I trusted a salesman. Regardless of my shame the shower should still be white. read more

I wish I could give 6 stars! A+++ I have had a lot of companies at my house over the last few years on a few different remodel projects. This is the happiest I have been with the process and the result! 1) They stayed in communication from initial request to final completion. 2) They were CLEAN! The first thing they did every day was put down tarps on the path they were walking through the house. They even put up plastic to protect the light fixture on the wall in the bathroom! When they were done on the final day, not a spot of construction dust to be seen anywhere. 3) They helped me out by working on a fast turnaround. We needed the work done fast because my father-in-law needed a walk-in shower with safety bars after his time in the hospital. They completed it on the day they said it would be done, even with the unexpected power outage in our neighborhood that lasted hours. They easily could have postponed the work due to the outage. Instead, they switched to battery powered tools. Since this was during the stage of breaking out the existing concrete, they had to work longer and harder with those battery tools. But they did it without hesitation. 4) The final project looks exactly as was shown on the tablet during the initial discussion about the work request. With this high quality, I wished they did other types of work so I didn't have to deal with other contractors for my other home improvement projects. But it is true when they say you can be an expert at one thing OR average at a bunch of things. They chose to be an expert at what they do. My experience with Five Star Bathsolutions was extremely disappointing. A project that should have taken 3 days, stretched to 3 weeks. Their materials like plastic and they will scratch easily. The installation was riddle with issues including drainage problems, mold growth and the shower door will not stay closed. I cannot recommend this company. read more
