Visited on a Saturday morning and note that we did not acutally purchase anything, but we found our visit very insightful! To start, J&J is located in an industrial area. They are open to the public and you are allowed to walk in and browse such as any other store. While we weren't greeted upon entrance (which is our preference), we were checked on three different times by three different associates ready to answer our questions. We browsed without pressure, gaining our ideas, and were able to formulate our questions. The associated that assisted us heard us out, was friendly, and answered all of our questions. Their prices are reasonable and competitive with other stores. It appears they offer primarily bathroom vanities, but also sell shower doors, kitchen/bathroom faucets, and tubs. We also saw gym equipment that appeared to be for sale! We're still in our reasearch phase, but will certainly keep j&J in mind when we're ready to make our final purchases! read more

I bought a vanity cabinet and countertop from here about 6 months ago. The service was friendly and very attentive. I love how you can customize and combine together in order to fit your needs. This was definitely the best and cheapest option for us to get a vanity that would fit our space. The cabinets and countertop were ready when promised (which is quite impressive during covid). The only downfall is they do not deliver. We ended up renting a truck to pick our merchandise up in. They do help you load it and will give you twine if you need to secure it. They take care of the items and will load it cautiously. I was impressed by the customer service. One guy checked over our vanity and noticed a little imperfection and so he quickly changed out that piece for us. The cabinet has held up very nicely and still looks brand new. It looks very high end. The drawers and cabinets are soft close. I really love it! Highly recommend using this place if you need a new vanity! This place is good for the budget minded. However, to me the products seemed to be akin to a knock off handbag, and you will get what you pay for. I am not trying to put down their products or selection, because they have a lot of options. With that said, if you are redoing a bathroom rarely used this maybe a great way to get a posh look on a tight budget, but I do not believe these items are made for longevity in high use areas. With that said, the prices are pretty great. Prefab quartz tops and 72" cabinet for less than 1k. Hard to beat. Plus some to notch customer service as well. I bought a faucet here that I loved. I had it installed a week later. Two weeks later- it started leaking. Their return policy is only 7 days so I can't take it back. I am very disappointed with my two manufactured quartz vanity tops. They are very pretty BUT the water marks left when you use the sink or clean are permanently on the counters! They do not come off! And yes, they aren't cheap. The customer service is good but really, now I have permanent marks on my new vanity tops. I'm not happy about that. read more

We found the right vanity, love the variety of sink tops & can buy extra side splash with some tops. They make sure your product is in great shape before they wrap it up and the quality & care they take in what they sell. I got a beautiful white shaker vanity with a mirror and carerra marble countertop for less than the price of a shaker vanity at Home Depot. Great prices for accessories like door handles, light fixtures, and... cabinet knobs and pulls. Plus, we bought some light fixtures and broke the glass on them. We told them and they were able to get us replacement parts... so awesome! read more

Top notch products and service! We found this business after doing a google search online looking for bathroom remodel products. I called first to inquire as to what we were looking for and the lady who answered was able to give me detailed information including what was in stock as well as pricing. This was head and shoulders above the customer service I received while doing my initial inquiries with other businesses. This place boasts 30-70% of retail, the prices here are insane. We just bought a dual sink vanity at another liquidation center for $500. The same exact item at J&J's was $1200. I started price matching while I was there against Amazon and EBay and the prices on average were more that 50% or more higher at J&J's. My wife and I said forget this and walked out.
