The watch was working fine until they replaced the battery. When I picked up the watch, I noticed it was not functioning. I asked them what is wrong with my watch?? It's not working, it's not giving the time. Their response to me was "we replaced the battery but the crown is broken, you need to get it fixed directly with MICHELE. To fix the watch is $500!!! Was told to pick it up in a week. After the week passes by I was not only told the store I dropped my watch off was closed- but no one seemed to know where my watch was! After almost two weeks of being told I'd get a phone call and no one calling FINALLY a manager Lisa returned my call. Although she was friendly it is upsetting I now have to drive to Miami to get my watch instead of picking up where I dropped off. This is NOT the type of business I want to spend my time or money at. I will NOT do business with them again and I would advise others to be very cautious if they choose to do so. Where do I start with this scam? They announce everywhere that they dont check your check and they do. When you are "approved" they give the amount in different accounts. For example, they gave me $6,000 and all of it was in three different credit card accounts. I made the mistake to purchase two bracelets from them and it's a scam. The bracelet that says 14k when I took it to another jewelry store that I trust and guess what?! it wasn't 14k and it didn't weight was they told me it did. The other bracelet that I bought of diamonds, I've had to get it fix three times. There is one diamond that keeps falling off. Take your credit and money somewhere else!!! Oh, and I forgot the "best" part ... All their credit cards APR is 29.99 and it's not because of my credit because thankfully I have a great credit score. read more

Awful customer service ! Bought a Chamilia bracelet from them awhile back and now a link is twisted and I think may crack off. So I went yesterday and they no longer sell Chamilia. The gal informed me it could he CUT and then put back at a cost of $50! This is what I found so insulting. Pretty much the price of a new bracelet!
