When we got here the owner recognized us from my call and was so sweet and welcoming. My girls just wanted gel manicures, but I wanted a pedicure. They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! I've had my nails done for years by an amazing tech who no longer does nails, and I know how the process is supposed to feel. I've removed my nails after a few weeks, and the intense file lines are actually pretty nasty. They also didn't do the length I requested by any means, and he wasn't friendly at all while getting them done. $90+ for nails is wild, but even if the service was free, I would not return. I would also suggest they reevaluate their cleanliness/hygiene practices because they were not up to par. I guess that's what can happen when people start to slack after years.. you just go a little blind to the actual quality of what you're doing and what's going on.

Also, the finish of the polish is very dull for some reason (I've been getting gel both for my mani and pedis for years now and have never had this result). And I'm sure I could go back and ask to get it fixed but since it would mean that all the polish would have to be removed and then reapplied I'm not willing to make that kind of time for that. Bottom line, technicians overall approach to the service was very lazy and I will not go back. I hope that whoever decides to use their services has better luck than me
