I had the email shipping instructions with me, simple enough, right?!.... The male Clerk rudely told me he didn't ship equipment that way, as I was attempting to explain why items were not boxed or labeled by myself. He would not listen to me or allow me to show him the Directv, UPS mailing instructions. His only answer being, "I've never shipped things that way before"...??? Instructions clearly state that I only return UNBOXED, UNLABELED equipment, as is, and that UPS Store employee will SCAN, BOX, LABEL, AND SHIP ALL ITEMS. The old guy that owns it and lives in the apartment also smells bad and is always filthy. He was polite when I rented the unit but has been rude and condescending ever since. I've never met the lady that works there but she has always been very nice and helpful. The lot is not paved but is just mud and rocks, with giant holes, broken down vehicles and garbage everywhere. They don't accept American Express and they have increased the rates. I CANNOT WAIT until I can get my stuff out of there and never have to deal with them again.
