Supervisor agreed. I received a call from Josh saying I had an outstanding bill of 1 and 1/2 hours. This isn't great customer service. I would not recommend 2 men and a truck.

Things already in the truck But he was the driver so the other two we're with him so they started unloading the truck and left me stranded without movers I had to start desperately seeking other movers which turned out to be a move from Hell These moving companies are lacking in hiring. They packed items we hadn't packed with no hesitation or question. They went ABOVE & BEYOND making sure furniture was placed in the correct room, that it was positioned how we wanted it and even moved a few HEAVY items a few times just to make sure it was to our liking. Did I mention they took beds down AND set them up at the new house? Upstairs AND downstairs? Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish. I referred Donnie a long-distance move for my clients, and from the very beginning it was a mess. He rushed through the phone call, failed to gather basic and necessary information, and quoted my clients $1,500, which turned out to be wildly inaccurate. When the movers actually showed up, the price magically jumped to $2,300 -- and even after paying that inflated amount, they still didn't move everything. My clients were forced to rent a U-Haul themselves just to finish the move. Absolutely unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent. At pickup, the movers couldn't even give a rough estimate of when the items would be delivered. My clients' belongings were left in limbo for days, and it took countless phone calls just to get a vague update on where their items were and when they might arrive. This level of disorganization is shocking for a company that claims to be professional. On top of all that, Donnie personally put in writing that I would receive a referral fee. When I followed up to resolve the issue professionally, he completely dodged responsibility -- ignoring messages, blocking my calls, and refusing to communicate at all. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about his character and how this company operates. I was told my concerns were "escalated to customer service," yet I've heard absolutely nothing since. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution. This company is misleading, unreliable, and operates with zero integrity. They bait customers with low pricing, change terms last minute, and disappear when problems arise. I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Decluttering was more than "getting rid of stuff", I was reliving memories of old and giving up on future events (giving up all our camping equipment was WAY harder than I dreamed of). LeAnn was so gracious throughout the process. She was kind and understanding about my big mess. It took several visits, but my house is definitely better now that she stepped in! I ended up doing the unit longer and when I came out I was half expecting to maybe have some type of issue with maybe bugs or you know just regular stuff it was inside and air-conditioned but I figured there's gonna be some thing you know since it has been so many months. Everything was great for him as far as what I can tell if anything changes I will come back and update. This was one of the most positive experiences not only from calling around other places, but pricing, location and cleanliness. The biggest and most impressive part was when they cut the lock for me because I had left the keys in another state.
