This is a big message, but please read it all! I LOVE Five Star Tours! So far I have had two experiences with them and both times were great!! The first time was the best, a good friend of mine went to them to get a party bus to bring us out to sf to enjoy a night out of town (we are from gilroy) not only were their prices very reasonable but the service was great too! We got free VIP entrance to Icon lounge all apart of our package. We arrived at the club at a good time to enjoy dancing and drinking and when it was time to leave we drank and danced more on the bus! Lol all us girls were having a blast with the stripper pole that is on the bus. The driver plugged in our ipod so we could listen to our own music and he didn't complain once and we were loud singing and dancing lol he got us home right in schedule. (Heres number 2) I loved the experience so much that for my husbands 30th birthday I asked my friend for their number so I could book them I spoke with Troy, be helped me so much not only were the prices better then most ( low enough to get a deal,but high enough to know your paying for good quality ) but he was helping me decide what club would best fit us and working with me to add an extra stop at the strip club before we went to the night club! Everything was going perfect! Then, the unexpected happened and we had a family emergency I called back to troy and he helped me so much! He returned our deposit after hearing our problem and I couldn't be more thankful for how he has helped us through this hard time one less thing to stress about! When the time comes I will 10000% be going back to Five Star tours to take us out to the big city! I highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

Okay seriously the term "You get what you pay for." really applies to this company! I was so excited after calling over 20 party bus comapanies to hear that this place was charging HALF of the cost that ALL others were charging. I shouldve went with my gut instinct which was saying its too good to be true but shoot its a recession were all trying to save RIGHT!? So in the begining I had tipped the driver a lil something extra to take care of us, THAT HE DIDNT! He literally dumped us off on the side of a random street not even in front or near the club us not being familiar with the club scene we asked where do we go he kept ranting about the cops are gonna give him a ticket and that he needs to go! Sure nuff he took off and as we got to the club the promoter told us the manager wasnt accepting party busses and they were unaware that we were coming! WTF! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So the company failed to set us up with our first club so I call the driver SEVERAL times before he picked up for him to say he'll be there in 10-15 mins! ANNNND WAIT IT GETS BETTER! When he finally arrives there is what looks like a homeless, crack head, hobo lady sitting passenger!!! He pulls up, she hops out and runs faster than lighting but the funny thing is the driver "CLAIMS" he was helping out a lady with a cast!? Okay never seen a bum with a cast run so fast! WHAT EVER I GOT PICTURES! :) believe it or not The night gets better (sarcasim) but its to much to get into. My cuzzoes Bday was ruined thanks to this low budget a$$ company. Word to the wise spend a little extra money and get a "real" party bus this place is a joke. And I sure did ask for my tip back @ the end of the night. :) read more

Was very pleased. Arranged everything with the manager (Tory) directly via email/phone. Rented a 15 person limo (although they advised me that it only seats about 13 comfortably... we had 12 adults, and a 13th would've been uncomfortable IMO). The driver (Ron) arrived on time, dressed professionally, limo was in great shape and clean. (Even came stocked with a few beers, which wasn't outlined in the contract. Nice bonus. =]) We rented the limo for 4 hours, went to San Francisco. At one point, the bottom of the limo started to scrape when we were going from a flat road surface to a steep downard incline in SF (!!!). A handful of the guys hopped out and un-stuck the limo. The driver advised us to change destination to one we could reach more easily, which was fine with me because I didn't have a particular bar in mind, really. We took about 30 mins extra to get there due to getting stuck and changing route, but the driver felt bad and let us have the limo for extra time. Probably left him well over an hour later than we were scheduled, but wasn't charged extra. Very pleased, would do business with them again. The rates are actually the best in the area by far (I called about 18 different limo companies before settling with this one), so my standards actually weren't very high. Was pleasantly suprised, though. Everyone at Five Star Tours was very courteous, friendly, and professional. read more

Booked the party bus for a birthday party. The best deals in town. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all the questions I had. The bus itself is very nice. Clean and comfortable with great speakers for music. Had a blast on our way to club and when we got there there was no waiting as we had VIP access to the club we chose. After the club the bus was there waiting for us (I've been on party buses where you can't find them after for atleast 20-30 mins, not too fun in cold SF weather). We got the pizza which is always clutch for post-club/bar/party and had a smooth ride home. Overall, I've been on quite a bit of party buses and this was the best from the first phone call I made to the company to the final drop. Definitely will use them in the future. read more

Rented out a large party bus for my friends bday party to ride out to San Francisco on a Saturday night. We were able to comfortably fit 30 people. The bus arrived on time and the owner came out himself to make sure all our needs were met before getting onto the bus. Music, drinks, driving routes, etc... I've been on a lot of party buses and this was the best equipped. Included quality speakers, comfortable seating, dance poles, and laser lights. When we arrived at the club it was packed but we were granted immediate access. At the end of the night the driver was waiting for us in front of the club. My friend and I threw a Combo party inviting a bunch of our closest friends to hit the clubs in SF. The majority of the guest lived in Santa Cruz and we had a few friends in San Jose this was not a problem for Five Star Tours they accomodated us by making two stops! The driver was professional and friendly and we had an all around great experience! It was definitely a night to be remembered! We've used this service a couple of times and they have been great. They are punctual for pick-up, aren't pushy when we are slated to leave and our group is over our estimated drive back time. The drivers have always been courteous and the buses they had were kool and clean inside and were "newer" and in great shape. Definitely worth trying Five Star Tours out. Thanks! read more
