COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, But I love yelp so Im happy to share. This service asked for 2 hours to respond on site to pick up a vehicle, sure no problem. At 3 hours the person that responds to the text asking where they are doesnt know anything about the car in question and has to ask another guy if he knows anything about it while we listen. Then original guy gets on phone tells a story how they had to go to an accident to do a pickup. When asked why a courtesy call wasnt made to update us (since we are literally sitting here waiting 3 hours while in process of moving residential locations) he gets an attitude and now isnt interested in the business. From what I hear the owner/manager is a gentleman, but he has a punk working at his yard, whom my daughter assumes is a mechanic, who thinks that bullying teenage girls makes him a man. My daughter complained to the owner on two different days because this animal behaved the same way twice. I don't understand why they would put this kind of person to deal with customers, but next time my daughter goes there, I'm going with her, see if he acts the same way. He used foul language towards her, harassed her and wouldn't stop following her, even after my daughter told him the owner was ok with her looking at other cars. read more

I needed my vehicle to be towed to an auto shop, so I called multiple towing companies to find the fastest and most affordable. Once again, Five Star Towing saves the day! They gave me a faster ETA than all the other companies I called and they stood true to it! The driver was very nice and he came in a very nice and clean tow truck. I want to give a big shout out to the driver I think his name was George he went above and beyond to get me out of traffic he pushed my vehicle into the nearest side street and into safety he offered me a tow but I already had been waiting on roadside for about 3 hrs so the wait continued he gave me a card and then went on his way he was so amazing and made me feel better about the situation he was like Prince Charming coming to my rescue and if any of the other drivers are like him I will definitely be giving them a call read more

The stick to the manual transmission in my truck broke, like the limb of a tree might. I was lucky and steered it into a side street. I was lead to believe I was not in a great part of town and so getting the heck out of there, with my truck, was time sensitive. Thijs, the tow truck driver, was there within twenty minutes of my call and loaded up my truck like it was nothing. When my card for payment presented problems he solved that too. I called around towing companies at 6:30am to find a good towing service and Mike answered the phone promptly and guaranteed he would be on time. Although the price was a bit steep, I feel it was worth it because he was courteous, showed up before I even got there and handled the job with delicacy.
