The driver, Al, met me with a smile and did a terrific job of figuring out how to get my vehicle out of an odd spot and hooked up to his truck. Al was kind, professional, skilled, and articulate, explaining everything as he worked. He got my car to the repair shop and my self to my home, which included helping carefully hoist me into his 50 foot tall truck. The cost seemed very reasonable. SA responded immediately with a qoute of $100 and could schedule an appointment later that day. Sounded decent so I get the appointment I wanted. Then they asked me to call them. Their call resulted in the "qoute" going up $40. I was sure so I said I call them back. I called back not even 5 minutes later and said oh now now we're getting slammed we can't do it until later. I asked how much longer and they wouldn't say. So I said I'd go else where and left a review to reflect my experience. A reputable company would have left it there, but not this place. Within a minute they immediately reached out to harass me and sent walls and walls of texts over hours. I thought they were so busy right? Apparently they have plenty of time harass people who turned them down between all that not towing they were doing . I should really thank them though. Called a reputable company and got them there in 15 minutes for $100... no fake adjustments. I can't imagine being a "business" owner and spending my time insulting potential customers instead of working... oh that's right, I dont. Anyway it was clear they thought being the last to text was winning and they would never stop so I had the block them. Truly sad representation of a business.

Jay went above and beyond. When he realized his tow truck couldn't reach the vehicle, he hiked back in on foot to assess the situation. The solution? Jay spent nearly three hours digging us out by hand. My father, who is 82, was unable to help physically, and Jay's determination, patience, and problem-solving truly saved the day. Finally sent in a request on Yelp to nearby towing companies. One quoted $285.00. Jesus from Nearby towing sent a message to call him shortly after the other quote came in. When I called he was so nice and said he would tow my car for $145.00 which I agreed to. He gave me an approximate time in the morning when he could get down here and answered both times I checked on timing. It was my battery so he jumped the car and only charged $50.00 for the service after driving from Tucson. He was so nice, friendly and more than fair. Some other guy shows up today and says "The rate is $200". I said "The guy quoted me $150???" He says "THATS THE WEEKDAY RATE". I told him "$150 or nothing". He drove off. What is really stupid is that he drove down to Vail, and had to literally drive back by the drop off place on his way back to Tucson. However, he'd rather go back empty than to settle on the $150 they quoted me on Friday. Stupid.
