The technician who towed my car was OUTSTANDING! He was very knowledgable and courteous!

Driver, Kyle, was professional and courteous. I appreciate them coming to my home to pick my truck up.

Lost my business before I even connected with them. Surfed to their website via three different browsers. Each time, I'm confronted with the typical "I'm not a robot" prompt (which is odd on a landing page, but whatever...). Check the box, and the reCAPTCHA dialog changes to instructions: "Complete These Verification Steps: Open the Terminal application on your Mac..." Nope. Not going to do it. Don't care whether or not this is by-passing my laptop's security and giving someone access to my operating system or hard drive or whatever. If I can't even browse the vendor's website (to see their location & hours & phone number), then I'll find someone else to hire. read more

R &W picked up truck and delivered to wrong Auto Repair shop, then through many phone calls and 24 hours later delivered vehicle to correct Auto Repair shop, wasted 1 day! No apologies or reason given, Bad Service but good price on Towing, considering they had to tow it 2 times to get it right. Will use again if i' m not in rush to have truck back. Like 1 reviewer said, there 2 hours mean 1/2 day, so be aware of this when you order a tow truck. read more

Like OMG, like how many angels can one be blessed with!?! Richie from Red&White Towing Inc just towed my baby Isabella. Not that that's a big deal for most, but I live on the SouthWest slope of A Mountain surrounded by granite, rock and abundant natural desert landscaping. My little Fiat was also parked all cattywhampus and dead as a doorknob...but Richie did it! And, he did it professionally with kindness and compassion towards me. They responded quickly, the rate is fair, and the staff friendly. They made the process smooth and easy and worry-free.

The only reason for 4 stars is do to the fact of timing. I was told between an hour and a half to two hours. This was ok with me since I was sitting at home. The problem...no one called to say they could get there earlier. Just sat down to eat and there was the truck. Not complaining about being early just not informed. The driver Monte was great. Very courteous and told me to go finish my breakfast while he hooked up. Very professional business which I will use again and recommend to others. Thank you. read more

Fast and friendly. Had called another company they gave me the usual 90 minute wait time then called me an hour later and said it would be an additional 2 hours. Called Red and White they had a truck to me in less time that the other companies original time estimate. The Driver was clean and looked professional and then proved and it had my vehicle up on the truck and ready to go quickly with zero damage and was very friendly as well. If zero stars were an option, that would be a more appropriate score. We have been forced to use this tow company over the years because our mechanic partners with them. After today finding new mechanic to avoid using this tow company again. They are extremely slow, time quoted for arrival is never accurate and we aren't talking minutes off but rather hours off! Spent whole day waiting for them, each time called it was different reason why late. Now, the shop won't get car until after hours so whole day wasted. Don't use these folks, ever!!! read more

Not impressed and won't use again. I set up a tow two days in advance. They showed up a hour and a half late after a couple of phone calls from me to see when I could expect them. They broke their given time a couple times. The cost of the tow was $20 more than I have paid in the past but I got their name from my mechanic and trusted they would perform. I was told the rate would be discounted because of the delays. It was not, they charged the full $80. Disappointing service. read more

We recently had terrible service with another tow company and our insurance office (Tracy Mitchell's State Farm office) gave me their information and we've used them once before and waiting on them right now, but I don't think I gave them kudos for the first time we used them. They were super! The woman Angela who answered the phone is efficient and gave a pretty good ETA for the tow truck driver and I'm sorry I don't remember the driver's name, but he was awesome! I called and the waiting time was supposed to be an hour and I waiting for over 3 hours and when I called in they said the driver was still on the way. This did happen months ago but I'm really hate this company so I need to repost this. Horrible Horrible man or pig that they sent out to help me. The driver could not find our car even though we sent him the physical address and it was in front of my children s school. so really, he couldn t find it was ridiculous. When he got out of his truck he gave me the dirtiest look and said that I needed to learn how to give better directions and how he just lost a half an hour driving around without pay. How much more detail did this idiot need? He was rude and just mean and my two small children saw the whole thing. Then he had to show me how to use a cell phone because I told him I had text the physical address plus the main cross streets. Then he continued with his sarcasm saying why didn t you call direct why where you texting someone else for a tow? As if he needed a reason, I told him I had no service on my phone and I use it through hot spots and I was using the schools and my phone breaks up so the text works better. Either he wasn t listening or didn t know what a hot spot meant but his response was this, so you don t know how to use your phone? here let me show you. So he took out his phone flipped it open right in my face. I was so shocked at his behavior that I froze. I told him he was being rude, he said he wasn t. I said but your are being very condescending and none of this is my fault I gave the right address. He agreed saying yeah ok I m am being condescending, do you still want me to tow that car or not? I said yes please I am in a borrowed car with two kids so please tow it for me. He reached is hand out and said, no told me, give me the key. I gave it to him and off I went. what upset me more was getting into the car and hearing my kids ask me why was he mad at you mommy? The only thing that they can do now is have that miserable pile of flesh apologize to my children, but it was a good lesson for them as well. If you are at a job you hate then try to educate yourself and do better for yourself, and he probably isn t a very happy man anyway. they were fast to pick up the vehicle but no contact from driver when the driver picked up vehicle to inform us that they had picked up. when I contacted driver at drop off point was in wrong location and asked to have it dropped in a different spot in the location because if it was left there it would towed after. Driver stated that they couldn't could move and needed to contact the office ended up leaving vehicle where they wanted to drop the next day had a tow sticker on my vehicle. read more
