The receptionist was very pleasant and intuitively knew I needed the restroom key, haha. The nurse was also friendly and understanding. I mention all of this, because there are so many reviews complaining about the staff. During my short visit, there was nothing awry with the office staff or clinical staff. I'll hold my breath for billing, though I checked and double checked that Dr Lubritz was on my insurance plan. The reception and clinical room was clean as a whistle. (oh yeah, and the bathroom near the elevators is a onesie and clean as well). Back to Dr Lubritz.. he is thorough, calm, understanding, he listens, he's funny, he has such a gentle touch, and he dictates the entire diagnostic visit to his nurse on the computer, which I love (I want to hear what is said) and even answers questions in real time. (For example, he said I had some sort of nasal obstruction by 60%... I gasped and said "oh my... what? how? why?" and he chuckled and said, "That's normal... it's normal to have 60-70% obstruction!" of whatever that was. PHEW. He was sure to tell me what things were RIGHT, as well as things that might be of concern. I have to return for further testing, but so far, this is a pleasant doctor's office with a highly competent, obviously very sought after, doctor. I'm so glad he's mine now.

Dr asked if he could do my breast give them a lift. I said my breast are fine and I do not need that. After surgery body still the same and the bra rolls are still there a slight difference. My left bra roll is larger than my right bra roll. He took more fat off one side and now my breast look uneven. I complained with concerns. He said that is loose skin around your bra roll and you need to loose some weight. I replied, then why didn't you say that before you took my money and recommended I have 360 lipo and Brazilian butt lift. My butt had a couple flat areas, he replied the lift would fill that in. After surgery flat areas still there, he said that is genetics and can't be fixed. I replied then why did you recommended it and took my money. I asked for a refund as my body looks the same accept top part of my butt is bigger and lipo 360 had no affect still look the same accept DR took more fat off right side then left side of my bra roll. After surgery my fiancé said DR brought me to his car in a wheel chair and I was not coherent. I do not remember getting in the car. When my fiancé was getting me ready to get in the bed I realized were I was. The dr did my Brazilian butt lift and told my finance I could sit in the front seat on my butt. The back seat was ready for me to lay flat on my stomach, but doctor sat me in the front seat. I am so disappointed with my results. He took 1000's of dollars from me and did not deliver. I also had a horrible rash between my legs and vagina area for 2 weeks. I think it was due the pain coming out through my urine. I had never had a rash like that before. During my initial consult, if DR had said you need to loose some weight and flat areas on your butt is genetic, I would have never paid him $10K + for a procedure as I would have been wasting my money. This was a horrible medical experience. This doctor should not be allowed to practice medicine or touch another person. He took my money and did not deliver. Now I have to have his errors corrected by another doctor. I will return to my original plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, California. Beware and keep your money as you will not get what you paid for. I want a refund or partial refund of $10,500.00... So very diappointed. :(

Extremely disappointing and frightening experience -- please do your research…read more I am writing this review because I sincerely do not want another family to go through what my mother and I have experienced. My mother had surgery at this facility on Monday .We were told the procedure would take around 1 hour and 45 minutes and that she would remain for observation afterward. Instead, less than an hour later, I received a call saying she was ready to go home. I was extremely confused and concerned because this was completely different from what we had been told beforehand, and she in fact was send home without observation. After returning home, I was responsible for helping care for my mother. I was shocked by the condition she was in. She was experiencing significant bleeding, and I felt completely terrified and overwhelmed because I was genuinely afraid something was seriously wrong. I also felt that she had not been given adequate postoperative instructions, supplies, or the proper garment needed for her recovery. Another major concern was the procedure itself. My mother originally wanted a mommy makeover, but ultimately underwent a BBL, which requires very specific postoperative care and creates significant limitations on sitting and normal daily activities. She was not prepared for how demanding this recovery would be. When we contacted the facility regarding our concerns, we were told that because she had signed the paperwork, they had no responsibility once she left the facility. Hearing that as a family member who was watching her struggle was incredibly upsetting. I take responsibility for the fact that my mother ultimately made the decision to have the surgery, and I wish she had done more research beforehand. However, as her daughter, I cannot ignore what I witnessed during her recovery. Please, please do your research before choosing any surgical facility. Ask questions about postoperative care, what happens if complications occur after you leave, what supplies and garments are provided, how long you will actually be monitored, and exactly what support is available afterward. I am not writing this review to attack anyone. I am writing it because I genuinely hope another family does not experience the fear, confusion, and distress that we have experienced. A surgical decision is incredibly serious, and patients deserve to feel safe, informed, and properly cared for before, during, and after their procedure. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this facility.
