Dr. Paul is an exceptional surgeon. He performed an augmentation on me 25 years ago. Think about that 25 years that doesn't happen with your general "Johnny fast food" guy that lacks the knowledge and expertise of someone like Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul would check me every so often and the last time he checked me was about six years ago and I was still not experiencing any symptoms or reason to indicate that I needed anything redone. It was only recently that II had a problem. It was time to have a replacement and touchup procedure. He consulted me with the options and advancements and silicone and saline. I followed his recommendations like I did over 2 1/2 decades ago and with his outstanding care, I am as comfortable now as I was when I set my own daughter to him. I sent my daughter to Dr. Paul. I trusted his professionalism and golden fingers with my daughter. She was checked about six years ago too. She had a procedure done in 2004 and is doing just fine as well. I have also sent my girlfriend who sent another friend and her and her daughter. Dr. Paul gives the same outstanding attention to detail and patient care alike to each and every patient. He talks with the family members and makes him comfortable with the procedure their loved one is about to go through. If you went to Dr. Paul and unhappy, start looking for the five leaf clover. Dr. Paul is in Las Vegas now and still remains the top of the pile quality of care and attention to detail, he does thousands of procedures every year and has the highest of reputations in this profession. fact is, I will continue to see Dr. Paul and refer the people I care about the most to him as it applies. I cannot recommend Dr. Paul highly enough. I'd give him 20 stars if possible. I am a 51 year old former smoker with several scars on my neck from prior surgeries. I decided it was finally time for a face and neck rejuvenation. I live in Las Vegas and spent 3 months consulting with plastic surgeons specializing in facial plastics in Vegas, Utah, California and even Columbia. I was referred to Dr. Paul via a friend and as soon as I met him and saw his before/afters I scheduled the same day. i am only 1 day post surgery and am already AMAZED at the results. First of all, his professionalism and ease of scheduling was amazing. His patient coordinators are outstanding, easy to reach, kind and efficient. The pre-op instructions were very clear, all meds and labs were called in well before my scheduled date and they were very thorough. i had to get clearance from my primary care physician, a ful lab panel and have an EKG. i appreciated this level of caution. Second, his bedside manner is next level. He spent nearly an hour with me in my consult and was personable, professional and absolutely on point with recommendations. He did not upsell me and recommended a lower face/neck lift and eyelid lift. i added a Co2 and lip fillers just because lol. i will NEVER go to anyone again for lip filler. i have two very difficult scars on my lips and he filled them in and they look beautiful. I've been getting lip filler for 10 years and have never experienced this level of artistry. The results just one day later are unbelievable. Of course, I am swollen and bruised but he took 10 years off my face and neck and it does not look like I had a facelift - I look rejuvenated. I will post before/after pics in one month. Finally, the aftercare is extraordinary. I had a follow up today (one day post op), he is seeing me again tomorrow and the next day as well. He said today "surgery is only 10%. Dr. Paul did an exceptional job on my face and neck lift. Without exaggeration, I look 10-15 years younger. I was deeply concerned about not having tell-tale signs of surgery like pulled skin that form lines from the eye to the ear, etc. A few days before surgery, Dr Paul listened intently to these concerns and my goals of looking as natural as possible. He took those concerns very seriously and made strategic decisions about how he would tailor my surgery to avoid any pull lines (he stretched the skin and muscles in a slightly different direction, more back toward the ear instead up toward the temples). The results were better than I'd hoped. I look refreshed, but completely natural. None of my friends, unless I specifically told them I'd had surgery, looked at me strangely or guessed what I'd done. I simply heard things like you're looking good, or pretty photo, or... you look happy. As one friend put it: he thought maybe I was wearing makeup that made be look younger. Part of what's special about Dr. Paul is he many, many decades of experience with face and neck lifts. Experience really counts. You'd be hard pressed to find a plastic face surgeon with more experience. Also, he seems to really care about me as a patient. After initial confusion with the staff at the surgery center I was working with, he took the time and energy to meet with me to resolve all the concerns that had come up as a result of staff issues. I really appreciate him. I highly recommend Dr. Paul to people who have realistic goals for their surgery outcomes. Dr Malcom Paul is an exceptional plastic surgeon. He has years of experience, is compassionate, caring and understanding. Dr. Paul and his staff were wonderful and patient with me though the entire process. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions both pre- and post-surgery. He and his entire staff was very attentive and reassuring the day of surgery. They thoroughly explain what was going to happen and calmed my apprehension. Post surgery the follow-up appointments the day after, the next weeks and every two weeks after for several appointments, Dr. Paul and his assistant truly cared for how I was doing, if I was happy with the outcome and answered any additional questions I had. I had both my upper and lower eyes done and they look so natural. My upper eyelids were so bad the skin was overlapping onto my eyelashes and the eyelids themselves were lowered over the top of my eye. The surgery not only got rid of the excess wrinkle on top of the lids but raised the lids so that I could see better. My field of vision, along with peripheral vision are greatly improved. I had a double layers of bags under my eyes which are now gone. I look at least 10 years younger. It was a wonderful experience and I wish a had done it years earlier. Dr Paul is an amazing Plastic Surgeon, specializing in deep plane facelifts. He is the face doctor often referred by other Plastic Surgeons...that is how I found him. I am located in Las Vegas, NV and consulted with 6 other doctors before choosing Dr Paul. I am so happy with my results! I had a deep plane face and neck lift, lateral brow lift and a lip lift. I went out of country to get my body done. Considering how far my doctor was, I lacked the proper care I needed and ended up having a medical emergency. I ended up with an infection and excess necrosis. I tried calling numerous surgeons in Vegas and nobody would see me. I called Dr. Paul's office and they made me an appointment with no hesitation.
