As a plus-size woman, I expected only modest results, which I would have been happy with. But Dr. Smith completely proved me wrong! From my very first consultation, everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The pricing was very fair, especially considering I had an extended abdominoplasty, liposuction, and a fat transfer to my buttocks (BBL). Scheduling my surgery was simple, and before my procedure I had another appointment where every detail was reviewed, including what to expect during recovery and everything I needed to do beforehand. I was especially impressed by how proactive the team was. They arranged my cardiac clearance, blood work, started me on antibiotics, and made sure I had all of my medications before surgery, which made the entire experience much less stressful. My surgical package also included an overnight nurse, my compression garment (faja), and all follow-up appointments, which added tremendous value. The on-site surgical center is beautiful, modern, and state of the art. When I saw my results on the very first day after surgery, I was absolutely stunned. Even while wearing my compression garment, my lower hanging belly was completely gone. The emotions and joy I felt are impossible to put into words. During the first two weeks of recovery, I had several follow-up appointments, and every member of the staff was caring, patient, and accommodating. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I could email or call, and Natasja always responded quickly with reassurance and support. We had one small scheduling mix-up, but the staff resolved it immediately and made the situation completely stress-free. I also had lymphatic massages with Lindsey, and she was absolutely amazing. She made such a difference in my recovery and was wonderful to work with. I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Smith and his incredible team. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail and sense of humor made this an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Extremely disappointing and frightening experience -- please do your research…read more I am writing this review because I sincerely do not want another family to go through what my mother and I have experienced. My mother had surgery at this facility on Monday .We were told the procedure would take around 1 hour and 45 minutes and that she would remain for observation afterward. Instead, less than an hour later, I received a call saying she was ready to go home. I was extremely confused and concerned because this was completely different from what we had been told beforehand, and she in fact was send home without observation. After returning home, I was responsible for helping care for my mother. I was shocked by the condition she was in. She was experiencing significant bleeding, and I felt completely terrified and overwhelmed because I was genuinely afraid something was seriously wrong. I also felt that she had not been given adequate postoperative instructions, supplies, or the proper garment needed for her recovery. Another major concern was the procedure itself. My mother originally wanted a mommy makeover, but ultimately underwent a BBL, which requires very specific postoperative care and creates significant limitations on sitting and normal daily activities. She was not prepared for how demanding this recovery would be. When we contacted the facility regarding our concerns, we were told that because she had signed the paperwork, they had no responsibility once she left the facility. Hearing that as a family member who was watching her struggle was incredibly upsetting. I take responsibility for the fact that my mother ultimately made the decision to have the surgery, and I wish she had done more research beforehand. However, as her daughter, I cannot ignore what I witnessed during her recovery. Please, please do your research before choosing any surgical facility. Ask questions about postoperative care, what happens if complications occur after you leave, what supplies and garments are provided, how long you will actually be monitored, and exactly what support is available afterward. I am not writing this review to attack anyone. I am writing it because I genuinely hope another family does not experience the fear, confusion, and distress that we have experienced. A surgical decision is incredibly serious, and patients deserve to feel safe, informed, and properly cared for before, during, and after their procedure. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this facility.

I did some research and even attended a demonstration at another business to educate myself. When I saw the Groupon and looked up reviews for Beverly Hills plastic surgeons, I felt comfortable buying and making the appointment. I originally tried to make the appointment online and couldn't find any open appointments. I then called and they said they were moving away from the online scheduling system and would rather go through everything over the phone especially if there's any pre procedure instructions or questions that they need answered prior to booking. I loved that, a business who wants to communicate with the customer and make sure there's no misunderstandings. There were several appointments available at all times of the day any day of the week. When I got there, they were also just as attentive if not more! I was also then walked into one of the rooms and asked about my history, any goals I had for my skin, and medications. Part of the pre procedure was also talking to a PA and verifying my history. Then Evie came in to start the blood withdraw. Throughout the process I was constantly asked about how I felt, what to expect, and how I would like to proceed. Since I was nervous, they told me I could wait an entire hour for my numbing, which I did. I didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable the whole time. I LOVED this. As mentioned previously I went to a demonstration elsewhere. Numbing was only 15 minutes there so the fact that they allowed me 1 hour, made me feel so safe and relaxed. Instead of a typical surgical center setting, I was placed in a room with a comfortable recliner chair, which immediately made me feel more relaxed--almost like I was at home. The nurse sat with me, talked me through everything, and started my IV in such a calm and reassuring way. The room even had a beautiful mural on the wall, which added to the peaceful atmosphere and helped ease my nerves. The anesthesiologist was also incredibly kind and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Dr. Herte just preformed my breast revision, I am only 3 days post op and I can't believe how…read moreamazing they look already. I went to a few other consults with other surgeons before I ended up making the decision to have Dr. Herte do my revision and I definitely made the right choice going with her! She swapped out my 300cc saline implants that were 13 years old and replaced them with a little bit larger silicone implants. She also preformed a modified lift on one side and was able to hide my incisions in the crease under my breast so they are not visible. She also had to revise my pockets and release some tissue tightness to make sure the shape of my breast were evenly round. Even after having all that done I am experiencing very minimal bruising and swelling. I appreciate her attention to every detail big and small. She helped me pick out the perfect size for my body and made me feel very confident with my size choice going into surgery. Surgery day went very smooth, her staff consisting of her nurses and anesthesiologist were so kind and made the whole experience a great one.
