The decisions that they are making for my quality of life are truly immense and appreciated. As I sit here it's visit number two here for me. It's time to do some testing to find out if there is a problem and what can be done. In my days of youth, up until a few years ago perhaps I was reckless. Maybe not concerned about choices I made. I sit here again because of a motorcycle accident that nearly took me too. Once we get broken it takes time to heal. After three motorcycle accidents you might give up riding. That decision probably will save my life. Its a long day of testing but I know that I'm in good hands since two of the doctors came in just to say: "hello" to me. The tech that is performing the test was a phenomenal young lady. All of the office staff was beyond pleasant. What more could a patient ask for. Having no prior knowledge of this office I would strongly recommend them for anyone seeking treatment. I did see the prior reviews and cannot speak for the issues that they had. In my case all my expectations were met beyond what I could even imagine. The ultrasound technician who did my tests was very kind and sweet and i appreciate her! However, the process to get a workup at this facility has been inexcusably long and tedious. My first appointment was in the beginning of April (it's now nearing the end of August) and I still am in the process of diagnostic testing. At my first appointment, i was told i may have dysautonomia and i was referred here by my PCP for concern of dysautonomia. The provider ordered me a bunch of tests, but for whatever reason left out to test for dysautonomia. It took over a month to get the tests done, then weeks to wait for a follow up with the doctor. During my follow up he said since my results were normal, we will do a test to check for dysautonomia. I assumed this test would have been ordered first since that's what i was initially told we are looking for, and why i was referred to the practice, so i was a bit irritated to start another long diagnostic process to check for something that i was already told i may have months ago. I am still unsure of why this test was not ordered along with all the other tests i had so i didn't have to keep returning to the clinic. I greatly appreciate that he did a thorough investigation, but i absolutely could have knocked all these tests out at once instead of having to return for multiple visits. Not only is this a huge waste of my time, but i do not feel good and am left to deal with my symptoms for months. We are now approaching 5 months since I have started going to this facility and though they have ordered tests, i have no treatment for my actual symptoms. I was told this is a speciality test and that they will call me to schedule it at another time because the office ladies don't schedule it. Over a month went by and i heard nothing, so i sent a message on the patient portal and they called me to schedule within days of me sending a message. I had to wait over a month for the scheduling because nobody called me, then about another month for the actual test. Now i have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment with the provider for a follow up because his only availability is at another location that is too far for me to get to. This facility holds your test results hostage until the actual follow up so you WILL wait weeks for results. I asked if the results can just be sent to my PCP instead of waiting another 3 weeks and the person on the phone said "no" with no further explanation. The time from my last follow up when i was told i need another test, to the follow up to get the results will be 3 months total. 3 months to get 1 single test and the results. This is an extremely long time. There is also a long wait for every appointment i have had here, but the doctor always seems like he is in a huge rush and spends less than 5 minutes with you for your results. I just feel like I do an awful lot of waiting for this facility for the doctor to be in such a rush to get me out the door. I appreciate the actual doctor at least doing the workup, but cannot say that i recommend this facility in any way due to the excessive amount of waiting that it takes to receive treatment.

From the moment I walked into the office, I was concerned about the condition of the facility. The office environment appeared dirty and did not give me confidence that cleanliness and patient care were a priority. The communication has been absolutely unacceptable. They rarely answer the phone, and trying to get someone to return a call or provide information has been incredibly frustrating. When you are seeing an infectious disease specialist because you have an ongoing health concern, you should not have to constantly chase the office for answers. I had multiple tests ordered to investigate the cause of my ongoing cough, including blood work and sputum testing. I waited weeks without receiving the results or adequate communication about what was happening. Meanwhile, I was still dealing with my symptoms and was left feeling like nobody was particularly concerned about my well-being. The front desk experience was also extremely disappointing. The staff came across as uninterested, unhelpful, and lacking any sense of urgency or compassion. Patients should not feel like they are bothering the staff simply by calling with questions about their own medical care. I also experienced problems with my medical billing being handled incorrectly, which created another unnecessary issue that I had to deal with. Overall, the lack of communication, poor follow-up, billing problems, condition of the office, and attitude of the front-desk staff left me feeling that this practice is not patient-oriented and does not prioritize the patient experience. When someone is seeking care for a potentially serious or unexplained medical issue, they deserve communication, compassion, timely follow-up, and confidence that their concerns are being taken seriously.
