They chopped off his tail! He came back visibly stressed and in worse condition than when I dropped him off, which is the exact opposite of what you expect when trusting someone with your pet. What made matters even worse was the behavior of the staff. During the visit, one employee acted completely unprofessionally toward my wife, making inappropriate comments and attempting to flirt with her. There was also an incident that we found extremely disturbing and inappropriate involving penis exposure that should never happen in a business setting. Sexual advances toward my dog are unacceptable. That alone raised serious concerns about judgment and professionalism. Between the condition my dog was left in, the unexpected vet bill, and the unacceptable behavior we witnessed, this was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. I strongly urge others to be cautious and do their research before bringing their pets here. I would not trust this business with my dog again. Also their glass sucks.

I do wish the front windshield was a little darker but I definitely love the darkness of the other windows. It has definitely helped with my migraines and keeping the car cooler. Just a side note they may take your vehicle to their other shop to do the tint. I wasn't particularly crazy about not being told someone might have to drive my car elsewhere. Overall I'm happy.
