On 10/20/2022 I took my car here after someone hit my door. My father recommended it to me as it used to be a Hamblins body shop he had experience with. When I went in it wasn't Hamblins anymore, it was Kaizen. In the beginning I thought it was gonna be fine, but after I got my car back I saw they did a poor job. When I got my car back lines didn't line up, they broke my drivers seat and refused to fix it, and left me at a quarter tank of gas when I gave it to them on a full tank. They also took over a month to fix my door and over a week to apply an oem stripe. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Hamblins is now Kaizen. They had my car for over a month, I had to return it to them for their mistakes. And now have to go back again, which they say will take 3 days to repair the door they screwed up. Also found a hand full of masking tape under the hood, Like they were trying to start an engine fire. The damage was to the left side rear of the car. Then found the masking tape roll of matching tape on the back seat floor. Tried to call a number that is listed as a corporate location, It was a shop. When I asked for their corporate number, They said there is no corporate headquarters or contact number. Do not trust Kaizen collision center. read more
