Due to the cost and need of a rental, I decided to go through the insurance policy. Fix-Auto made it a breeze by having Enterprise already at their shop with my rental. Gary was unbelievable. Took my car in today for back panel that was dented in. Took another collision shop and they wanted over $600 to fix. Took my car to Fix Auto north Oxnard and Gary popped out and fixed my back panel for free. He worked on it, down on the ground, underneath, for about twenty minutes and manually fixed it himself. I tried paying him fifty bucks for his effort and he would not let me. My car is fixed and he just saved me over $600. You don't find people like this anymore in the business world. Fix auto is simply group of individuals who are dishonest and ignorant. Assume power and proprietorship over one's person and property as if that is a business as usual. And unless one fights that would be the case. I brought in my Volvo S80 after a fender bender for an estimate of costs for the insurance co. Fix auto established the car is a total loss and refused to turned it over back to me. They simply assumed the possession of the car without even as mach as calling and informing me about it. $40,000.00 car became a salvage over a fender bender. And became the property of Fix Auto. brought my car here to repair some bumper scratches/small dent- (thanks to city parking). Carlos and Gary were so very helpful!! they were honest in what the cost would be if I had gone through my insurance. In the end, they offered (for such minor scratches/small dent) to buff out and touch up my bumper for nothing.... it was like 80% better! still had the small dent but it wasn't big enough of damage to go through insurance deductible to get it fixed! They were quick too. I greatly appreciated their honesty that to spend $$$ on something so minor that could re-happen, wouldn't be worth it . definitely recommend it to anyone with any type of auto body work to come here! read more

The arrangement Superior Collision has with Enterprise Rental is very convenient and makes everything very easy. The rental was arranged for me, and when I dropped off the car for repair, Enterprise came to the shop to pick me up to go get a rental. The work was done extremely fast.
