I have had my glass replaced through Low Price Auto Glass multiple times. I will always contact Sam for my glass needs. I have had a couple of Elements and they have some stubborn windshield moldings with clips that break. Most repair shops will just break the molding and silicone them back on and send the car away. Not only do they know how to remove them correctly, they also worked with me to replace some of the missing clips and remove some silicone from a previous owner's windshield job attempt. Now the windshield and moldings are installed correctly. On top of the quick easy service, the prices are also very reasonable. Took my Scion to get the windshield replaced and was told to park next to a white van that they were working on that was getting its side window replaced. One of the workers thought it was a good idea to smash out the window from inside of the van which in return shot broken glass all over the hood and side of my car. Where to start.. I was told $75 to install a window regulator and dropped off the car. Two weeks later, still not done. I had to bring a nut and bolt myself for it to be completed. Was told now it's $100. I wasn't told, but on inspection I found a large plastic piece of the door was snapped in half, very clearly from installing with force incorrectly. I was told my car is junk and it broke because the piece "fell". It will now cost more than $300 to replace what they broke. No apology, no discount. Take your chances. read more

I have utilized this company through my business on multiple occasions, for my customers, and the past three times I have used them, they have COMPLETELY flaked. They don't show up on time for scheduled appointments, and they don't return calls. While the prices are in fact affordable, their service completely sucks. I went here the day before Christmas and to ask for a quote and sure enough he priced me at 310 for my GMC Terrain 2020 which wasn't bad! I called every week to have my window fixed but, he was kept on telling me he would call me back and never did. It took him 3 weeks to get me in but, I was getting frustrated because, he kept on making excuses why he couldn't fix my window. When I arrived they quickly removed my window with 10 minutes and finished in twenty. All though their service is fast their customer service needs a lot of attention. Save yourself the headache on going anywhere else...otherwise read below what can happen to you. I should have called Low Price Auto Glass first, because I know I've been here a long time ago. when I was in my 20's (yes, its been around a long time), and it was cheap and easy then as it was this time around. I dont get a lot of cracks in my windows, therefore I haven't dealt with this issue in a long time. So, I went with my protocol and called my insurance company, because I pay to have windshield coverage. Long story longer, my insurance company sent me to Safelight and that was a miserable experience. Safelight cancelled on me and kept giving me the runaround. Then my insurance sent me to a dealership in SP, and the dealership said they use a middleman and it turned out to be Safelight again. Somewhere along a mistake was made, because the side panel window was ordered, even though we went around the car for an inspection and I had a big crack in my windshield that's pretty hard to miss (crazy right)... I decided to take matters in my own hands even if Geico wasn't going to cover my windshield. So, I went to low price auto glass and It was all breezy from that point on. Cheap. No runaround. Quick and did I mention cheap!. The dealership and Geico wanted to charge me over $300 and then the dealerships said I had to pay upfront rather than pay my deductible. Geico said the same, pay upfront and we'll back pay. The dealership said that Safelight charges up to $700 and gets reimbursed by the insurance companies. I dont know if this was all true, but this is what I was being told. At the Low Price Auto Glass, there was no drama. The right glass was ordered and put on at Low Price Auto Glass and they treated me fair. My auto glass deductible was $100, I don't know the overall price, that's for my car insurance company to deal with. Therefore, I didn't have to pay an outrageous fee to have it fixed. read more

ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER....NOT Called Sam a month in advance to set an appointment to have two front windshields replaced in a School bus. I informed Sam we are open from 8:00-5:00 PM and the bus will only be at our shop on appointment date and will go on following morning bus run.Sam asked me to call him three days before set and agreed upon appointment. Sam was advised I had the replacement windshields and weather strip. Sam asked me to call him before 7:30 AM on appointment date to make sure he was awake. The tech arrived, looked at the bus and called Sam to inform him what the windows looked like and then told me he and Sam would be back at 1:00PM to do the job. By 3:00PM, yes you got it, no Sam or Fernando. I called Sam and reminded him we close at 5:00PM , the School District needs their bus tomorrow, and Sam stated it should not take any longer than an hour and they would be at our shop by 3:30PM. Ya got it.... it is now 5:00PM. No Sam and he has not picked up phone or returned my calls. Sam has a bad problem returning phone calls when he said he will call back or even return any calls. This has happened several times in the past but I was willing to give Sam the benefit of doubt. No more! Please under any circumstance rely on Sam or his company.
