To whomever owns this shop: You need to promote Kyle. If it weren't for him, this would be a one star review. I've had my car repaired here twice and have been unimpressed with one caveat. My four star rating breaks down this way: THREE STARS FOR ACTUAL WORK: First time I had it repaired the shop installed brand new trim that had a visible scratch and I had to ask them to replace it. You're an auto body shop. Your only job is to repair the car without any visible damage. Sigh. Second time they repaired my car after being rear ended and sent me home with a misaligned liftgate that was pressing on the bumper every time it closed. The misalignment also scratched up the newly painted and installed bumper. I had to bring it back a few days later to get fixed. The car was also dirty when I came to pick it up. Water spots all over the car from a careless wash. Visible grease on the interior of the car (I had to remove the handprint on my tan interior myself) and the driver side. Your only job is to repair the car and return it to me in better condition than I brought it in. Sigh. FIVE STARS FOR KYLE: When I brought my car back today to get the liftgate repaired, Kyle handled the entire situation beautifully. I showed up unannounced and visibly frustrated. He got the liftgate fixed, paint buffed and car washed and very clean in an hour. He was apologetic and kind, and, most importantly, got my car to the place I expected. THANK YOU, KYLE! read more

I went to Fix-it at the recommendation of my Insurance company after an accident. Long story short Fix-it decided to "replace" my radiator with a used damaged "after-market" part and charged my insurance company for a new part fast forward a little under a month later my car starts smoking and jerking when I got off the freeway. I was on my way out of town so had to wait until I returned to get it looked at. Mechanic asked if the car had recently been in an accident? Which it had the mechanic stated that the radiator in my car wasn't new and the same bends and cracks in my OLD radiator were also on the NEW one? Duane the "manager" took the radiator because he had to "investigate" they're ALL liars and I'm highly disappointed at the fact that a company would treat people like this. read more

I am just supposed to be ok with part of my bumper hanging off because "that's a new bumper from Honda" and "that's how it came in". No offer to somehow fix it or even just glue it. Won't ever use these guys again, even though they are close by and State Farm-recommended. Customer service was terrible back in September and still bad in January. Took my vehicle in for a rear driver door collision. When dropping the vehicle off I was not met by any representative but just the secretary. Met my representative for the first time today September 1st. I dropped my vehicle off the 15th of August. Not a single call until a week in to let me know it's still being worked on. Then I have to call to see about a competition date. Which I'm not understand why I'm taking it to a "reputable" place yet I'm having to call and get updates. I get call that it was going to be done early.... Which it was not. The front inside door was popped off and was not re installed correctly and you could see the internal lock, also my center touch screen is no longer working. Dwayne's way of fixing the drivers door was just repeatedly pushing down it, then saying "yeah it needs to be snapped back on" while I'm just watching him put all his pressure on my open door, then I bring up the issue of my touch screen... even tho it's always worked he states they didn't touch it. So what this is letting me know is they're just giving me my vehicle back without even doing a quality check on the things they took apart (my front door) I've brought my vehicle here one other time and it was amazing but sadly I will never use their service again. Btw my car is still there and now having to leave it additional time due to these issue. The representatives then states "I'll call progressive about your touch screen" excuse me?? I'm not understanding when it was working perfectly fine. Beyond frustrating. Oh they also charged me my deductible right away. Even tho I don't even have a car still. No one even walked me around my car, no one showed me what was done for repairs. All that Dwayne stated to me was "did you get your keys" the lack of customer service here is sad. I'm still without a vehicle and time is running out on my rental (which is given to me an entire month) not a happy customer. Worst experience. read more

Duane and the other staff at Fix Auto are very professional. Stop looking for a cheaper option and make an appt with Fix Auto. You will not be sorry. Quick, Responsive, Communicative, Professional. My story- Had a small tent in my tailgate from a truck in a parking lot. The person did not leave any information so I had to get quotes myself. Fix Auto was near my home and highly related. After making an appointment for the car to be looked at, we decided the quote was very reasonable. After the holiday we took the car in. Due to the tailgate being aluminum, they did all they could but in order for it to be corrected correctly and professionally- it was going to cost double to replace. We understood and decided to claim with insurance. Progressive took 2.5 weeks with back and forth false promises (due to higher claim volumes and less employees) so we decided to pay out of pocket. The car was ready the day after we decided to change our payment method. Now that is fast and efficient service!!!!! read more

Typically a body repair job for your car is a "not so" good experience however....this establishment was so super efficient and trustworthy. James, my representative kept me inform each day via text and was so pleasant and professional. I needed a ride home and the UBER service was backed up so they offered to drive me home (only 6 minutes away) to avoid being late for another appointment. The repair was beautifully done plus they did a full inside and outside detail of the vehicle...it looked better in comparison to when I dropped if off, which is huge, since I keep my car in top notch condition....A big thank you to Coulter Collision Center for their efforts and I highly recommend this body shop. read more
