Drive gears weren't broken and intact. He determined the entire drive carriage assembly had to be replaced at a price of close to 500.00. I said I had to think about it since a new machine could be an option. I didn't agree with his assessment plus he induced another issue and caused the machine to be out of balance and shaking out of control. Called him back next day and he suggested I should first replace the part he felt was the problem. At that point I told him not to come back. I called Bobby Flagg to come and check it out. He went through all the error codes and cleared them out then proceeded to run the machine. It ran perfectly and said nothing needed to be replaced. It is now days later and it's working fine. Do not waste your time on C&M service they just take your money for doing nothing.

As we pulled up to the establishment, we began to unload our vacuum. A gentleman from the office came outside and swiftly assisted us. He led the way into the office and offered us chairs. We barely waited 2 minutes before we were asked what the problem was and work promptly started on our machine. . The work was quickly completed, but the two staff members went a little further. They began to polish up the metal surfaces at no charge. The vacuum was made to look as good as new in no time. I was impressed with how quickly the problem was pinpointed and remedied. Equally impressive was the courtesy offered by the staff while the work was set up and completed. Their friendliness was genuine and much appreciated. I give this business a top rating because they do business the old-fashioned way, with care, concern and efficiency. I like the friendly atmosphere and the expertise of the staff.
