Lo and behold, our washing machine did not drain and there was wool dryer ball fluff everywhere... I was panicking! I'd never broken a washing machine before! So I took to Yelp and found Ronen's company and messaged them through Request a Quote. Ronen got back to me SUPER quickly and was actually able to come the day after I reached out to them. He did tell me there was an initial diagnostic fee, but it could be credited to the repair. Ronen came during the time window that he gave me, found out what was wrong with the machine, told me what the issue was and quoted me on the spot (we had a broken drain that needed to be replaced) for about ~$415 + tax. I really needed the washer fixed, so I agreed and Ronen went ahead with the fix. All in all, for someone to have come the next day to find the problem and fix it within an hour or two while causing as minimal disruption to our family's day-to-day, I'd say Ronen's price was honest and worth it!
