Leo immediately threw his hands up and said "I'm now lowering shit my price is my price I put mad time into this." Not only did he create a new $600-$800 problem on top of the $1,600 but he didn't have the decency to speak to me like a gentlemen, just threw his hands up and walked away. Ironically enough, I called around and found out that this has been the theme with Leo lately, overcharging and never taking accountability. If this was 2-3 years ago, I'd recommend him all day. Today we are forced to take our business elsewhere. You should too.

The owner came to my home to fix a dent on my vehicle, bringing an older gentleman along with him. The dent was supposed to be properly pulled out and repaired. Instead, they cut major corners--they just stuffed it with body filler and literally sprayed paint right over my existing protective car film (PPF). You can clearly see it in the pictures; it looks completely unfinished and amateur. When I questioned them about the terrible appearance, they looked me in the eye and lied. They explicitly claimed they had just sprayed on a special 'protective layer' to protect the area from the rain, and told me all I had to do was wait a few days and give it a quick wipe down to make it look perfect. Trusting them, I even gave a $50 tip--though the owner looked visibly disappointed with it because I wasn't thrilled with the work. He doubled down on his story, insisting it would look brand new in a couple of days. It was all a complete scam. There was no 'protective layer'--they had completely skipped the essential clear coat stage, never pulled the dent, and painted right over film. When I called them out and asked them to actually finish the work properly, the owner had the nerve to demand an additional $200 to complete a job he was already paid to do from the beginning. After a heated exchange, he finally backed down via text and agreed to come back to my home to fix it for free at 6:00 PM. I rushed back to town early to ensure I was there. Instead of showing up, he completely ghosted the appointment. When I texted him at 6:30 PM, he finally replied with more excuses, claiming he was all the way in Pennsylvania 'trying to make time.' I officially told them not to bother showing up anymore. I was actually planning to use this company to work on my other vehicle, but now I know exactly how they operate. They cut corners, lie to your face, paint over protective film, expect heavy tips for garbage work, try to upcharge you when caught, and have zero respect for your time. Avoid them at all costs.

Quality Service Requested (fast) Value - A major problem!!! I struggled with this review because Jim does such a great job, but I want to caution others regarding his false quotes. Jim quotes one price and changes the price once he arrives. He did it in 2025 (I had to go to the bank to get him more money - extra $40.) This year, it was much worse. I've posted the text exchange so you can see the quote, that I detailed the work needed, and I was 100% upfront about how far I am from him. I sent Jim 3 photos of the damage. He quoted me $650. When he arrived he said I can't do this less for less than $1100! I told him I'd already received another quote for $750, so I can't pay more than that. He also complained about the distance (which he was aware of and agreed to upfront). I ended up paying him $760 for the repair instead of the quoted $650. When he was done he said I can spray your bumpers and wheel wells to make them shiny again, as they were looking oxidized. I asked how much. He said $300. I told him no, that I couldn't afford it. Then he said you can pay me next weekend for the bumpers. His wife had stepped out of the car with him. At this point, I knew this was how he was going to get more money out of this project. He then said "if you pay me $50 for the bumper treatment now, I'll knock $50 off the total price." I felt ambushed, pressured and scammed. Against my better judgment, I agreed to the $300 bumper treatment. I was upset and just wanted him to leave. Big mistake! He pulled out a spray can and sprayed the bumpers. It took all of 3 minutes. When I got home, I saw that I could have bought a can of this spray from Amazon for $25! (See photo) Jim's work is great. He's friendly, nice and has a big smile. Unfortunately, he intentionally low-balls the quote with every intention of inflating cost when he arrives. The add-ons are to get more $ for the overall project (after already inflating cost). I sent him $50 for the treatment. He called me later and said "No, I said if you pay the full treatment price now, I would knock $50 off from the $300." I told him that was NOT my understanding and I cannot pay you $250 today." In the end, I paid him $160 above his original quote and he's not getting a dime more from me. Lesson learned. *DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRUAD* I hate writing bad reviews, but I do not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Was in need of PDR and saw them and reached out. John gave me a quote of $300 and told me he needed a $100 deposit to gather the materials. We coordinated a time and I needed this work done in the morning, which he said it was no problem. I agreed to his terms and quick paid him thru Zelle ($100). First, he tells me he's on the way and I waited over 2 hours for him. No show. Texts me later he didn't feel well. He finally gets back to me and tell me he's going to come in the morning. Then he texts me he's not coming. He offered to send me the money back if I did not wish to wait, and when I asked him for the money back, he said no, stopped answering and blocked my number. This business needs to be taken down ASAP. AVOID AT ALL COST, nothing but headaches. Will Provide screenshots as proof. John and his wife Betty is a joke. read more
