Overall had wonderful service in regards to my car being repaired and the communication received from Jared and the shop. My only problem is that items were stolen from my car. I had a case of water in my trunk that was new when I dropped my car off and when my car was returned my water case was half gone. I also had a $25 target gift card in my center console that was stolen. All of my items in my trunk, center console and inside of my glove compartment had been ransacked so the workers were clearly looking through to see what they could take. read more

All I have to say is professional shop...I had gotten into a accident they came towed my car in as I was giving my documents to them they had called enterprise car rental which picked me up from there shop "you can't beat that" I was a little worried about my paint matching I spoke with the owner he told me they use a special machine to match the paint I told him I was a little worried and all he told me is relax and I will have it matched... Don't do business with this shop.....had my car towed here after a bad accident. The car was suppose to be a total loss from start!!! They tried to get the insurance company to fix it. Claiming $10,000 worth of work for a $12,000 car. Had to fight with insurance to total it off. Told the shop not to do any work to the car, they went ahead and started while trying to strong arm me. They became rude and combative. Called 311 and writing B.B.B.. AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS!. Be careful what you sign. They tell you it's to get the insurance adjuster to look at the car but it gives them permission to work on your car....*BEWARE* The Insurance Adjuster and the shop owners are working together in the shops favor!! read more

Cameo did an excellent job on my car after my first accident. I was driven to the facility to drop off my car, was notified of the repairs being done to the car, and was even given a ride home by one of the workers because I did not have any other way to get home that night. . Last year I was in an accident and my car was towed to Cameo. I was very impressed with the work that Cameo did on my car. A year later I was hit in the back. I let Cameo know that I was bringing my car in. When I arrived that afternoon not only where they waiting for me I was greeted by Tiffany who not only had the paper work done, she had a rental already to come pick me up. I was called by Jared that there were some other issues to the car that was unrelated to the accident. I went into panic mode. Jared assured me it was going to be alright. I said no problem fix what the adjuster is taking care of and I will take care of the unrelated out of my pocket. My car is my life. They had my car for some time and did everything to try to save her. My 06 Chevy Impala had one nail in the coffin . The day I went to pick my car up Eddie one of the specialist did one more test on my car and found the problem. Right in front of me he fixed tthe problem with a broken foot that he should be home resting. My car is back on the road. When I asked how much do I owe it was an offer I cou,ld not refuse.Jared is not after your money he wants your business so you do not get ripped off by other shops as well knowing you drove away with a smile, and knowing you were well taking care of. I can say by bringing my car to Cameo saved me from going out and spending $16,000 that I do not have on a new car.I highly recommend Cameo to everyone.
