Rhod is THE MAN! A few weeks ago I backed into a fence and was very annoyed with the bump and scratch it left. I was referred over by his good friend and I can say that I am blown away by the service. Rhod met me at my workplace and made the drive from Anaheim to Mission Viejo. He introduced himself and gave me the summary of what needed to be done. He promptly began working on my Lexus ES It took about 2-3 hours total and when I was the car after it looked like brand new! I had quotes for up to $1000 and taking several days. Rhod did it for me for $450 and only a few hours. Don't wait on other services and give them a call! Awesome job by Rhod. Had my 2023 Tesla Model Y serviced on 6/15/23. Some deep scratches and scrapes on the front bumper on the left side. Damaged rear bumper. Rhod was very responsive and super friendly, and pricing was much more affordable than all the other shops I quoted with. Rhod came to my apartment complex and completed the work in my garage in about 3 hours. He was able to color match the paint using the manufacturer's color code. Rod is the man! There was an accident in which another shop took off some of my Tesla's front bumper paint after removing the front plate, as well as some discoloration and marks made by the front license plate being on the car for too long. I called Rod and he gave me a very fair quote and reassured me that he could make the car look brand new again. The very next morning, he arrived at my house on time and got to work. As you can see from the pictures, the front bumper is looking brand new. I was a bit worried that the pearl coat on any repair job wouldn't match the rest of the bumper, but his work looks perfect. Rhod did such an amazing job with my car as you can see in the photos. The color is blended perfectly. And he did it at a much more affordable price than all the body shops quoted me. He is clearly very knowledgeable of his craft. The other great thing is he did everything in like 4 hours, so you get your car back the same day. This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.

I had a minor mishap with a bullard in a parking lot and scraped the driver's door on my 2009 Toyota Venza. I found Color Creation on line and called to get an estimate. It sounded fair so I ok'd the job. Their technician was out the next day and it only took him 30 minutes to complete a job that I thought would take much longer. It came out fantastic! There's a couple of the scratches that you can see if someone points them out but just to look at the door you could never tell it had had work done on it. To me, this is a company that does what it says it will do and at a fair price. The person I first spoke with (Rhod) was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I wish it were this easy when dealing with all repair companies, ie., dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv, etc. All round, a great experience. read more

This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.
