I actually found Premier collision center here through a quote I requested on the project tab on yelp. I had a scratch on the back of my car that I thought I knew what I was doing and it would be an easy fix with some touch up paint and it turned into a DIY disaster... Of all the quotes I had requested for this job to be done Premier Collision Center had the fairest price and seemed the most qualified. When I dropped my car off to Calvin he was upfront letting my husband and I know what was expected and kept us in the loop with what needed to be done. I was over the moon, pulling up today to pick my car up and seeing what an incredible job they did!! My car looks as good as new! Gave photos to Chris via yelp for a repair estimate, who gave me a quote of $850-900. A short range indicating that the final estimate likely wouldn't vary too far from this. Was told to call the shop. After calling in, Chris wasn't there but Calvin answered. Calvin asked for photos and vehicle info which he could have just gotten from the yelp messages, and when I sent in the exact same photos I gave Chris he quoted me $2,429.90. This is a $1500+ difference or a 270% increase and he tried to explain it as a "paint supplies calculation error" and also tacked on an unexplained "miscellaneous" fee of $100 and "parts" for $790. It's a bumper repair I'm not replacing the entire bumper what kind of parts would they even need. Extremely predatory and untrustworthy. Either get someone who can quote more accurately on yelp or better explain this huge difference between what your employees are telling clients. Seems like a bait and switch scam. read more

From day one, our service advisor Calvin Rosales was fantastic. He clearly explained the entire process and kept us updated every step of the way. When he learned from the other party's insurance company that the repair cost exceeded their insured's property damage limits, Calvin promptly called to let us know and offered helpful suggestions on what to do next. Ultimately, after filing a claim with our own insurance, our Highlander was deemed a total loss due to the high repair cost. Even though that meant Premier Collision Center wouldn't be doing the repairs, Calvin continued to communicate with us and guide us through the next steps. After a road trip, I noticed my front passenger quarter panel on my Tesla Model X was loose. I requested quotes here on Yelp and chose to go to PCC because they seemed like the most reputable, plus they work on Teslas. My service advisor was Calvin. He ordered OEM parts direct from Tesla and did an amazing job replacing my quarter panel and the price was reasonable. A few months later, my passenger mirror was clipped on the freeway. I decided to go back to PCC and see Calvin again since he did such a great job the first time. I was sticker shocked this time because it cost a whole lot more to change out the mirror. I shopped around to get comparable quotes and got one that was $400 less. I discussed it with Calvin and he graciously price matched. Once again, he did a great job and even painted the mirror the exact color of my car and blacked out the chrome to match. Calvin is very professional and always kept me updated. When it comes to automotive repairs, it can be tough to find honest and fair shops. My experience with Premier Collision Center was excellent, and I will be sure to return here if I ever need to again. Highly recommended. I had an accident with my brand new 2025 GR Corolla caused by jacking it up at the wrong point. This caused damage to the underside, causing to be bent in (see pictures). I didn't have the correct tools to diagnose if I damaged anything underneath the cover. I sent a batch message to all body shops nearby via Yelp. Chris was very quick to respond, and was also the most helpful in the details compared to other shop messages. He said they would need to inspect the damage in person to give me an estimate -- but also offered to do the inspection free of charge if I drove in. Calvin helped me out as soon as I walked in the door. My main interactions were with Geo, who was very transparent about the entire process and possible cost depending on what components were damaged. They promptly hoisted my car and took the undercover off to inspect it. The lower tie bar was indeed bent in, but that was it. Luckily, there was no damage to the radiator. Geo explained that this piece was bolted and not spot welded, which was a relief since it would be easier to replace. He also showed me a video so I could see the damage myself. I agreed to have it fixed and they were able to order the parts in right away. I scheduled my return visit once the parts came in, and Rafael was able to fix it perfectly in a little over an hour. Geo was honest and transparent during this entire process - giving me estimates for the parts ordered, the labor hours/rate, and all of the documents to go along with it. The pricing was completely fair, and he even waived the "painting fee" off the tie bar because it was already painted black. There were many opportunities that dishonest shops would be able to take advantage of my situation, but not here. Everything was straightforward and agreed upon. No hidden fees, no mysterious damage. They even gave me the option to keep my old parts that were damaged, which is something I wanted. I could not be happier with my experience here during a very stressful time.
