Very unprofessional, and I stand behind my review 100% and your comment to my review just demonstrates a lack of professionalism. I should have known better to use a business that does not stand behind their work. You would think if you are going to charge a customer $300 yo replace a screen you would at least use a quality product to replace it with. With the cost if everything going up, I hope this business is under new management that understands the meaning of good customer service and that they have either started using quality replacement parts or significantly lowered their price.

However, they forgot to tape down the new battery and by a week later it was clunking around in the case. Since I was out of town, I had to go to a different iphone repair place to fix that problem (the out of town repair shop didn't charge me, so it was more of the hassle than anything that earns these folks only 3 stars).

This location is the best phone repair place I have ever been. I have had my iPhone 8 screen…read morerepaired twice there with severe cracks and literal pieces missing. Even with this monstrosity of a phone I brought in they only charged me $60 the first time which was about a year ago, and $90 the most recent time about a month ago. The kind gentleman gave me a great screen protector for $10 and even threw an excellent protective case for free because mine obviously was not getting the job done. Each time he was super fast and had it completed in thirty minutes or less which allowed for the perfect amount of shopping time so not too much money would be spent. If I ever have phone troubles I know exactly where I am going! Super thankful and appreciative for his kindness!
