Came here to get my phone repaired and the first time it was fine except the screen was lower resolution than the original. I ended up breaking the screen again and paid $200 to get the motherboard transferred to a new model and now the screen randomly touches all over and doesn't work half the time. Came back an tried to just buy a whole new phone AND THE GUY TRIED TO SELL ME A BROKEN PHONE then blamed me for breaking my phone again instead of making it right. Truly speechless! I went to two other repair shops and was turned away. My glass touch screen was sealed down to the phone and no one wanted to attempt the risk of most likely breaking the glass. They didn't even flitch. Hands down the best and will absolutely go there again. Desperate to get my phone repaired and they did exactly that. My 2015 iPad Pro crashed to the floor breaking the touch screen. I brought it to Dash Repairs and they checked it out and found it wasn't feasible to invest money into a repair. I salute them for explaining everything to me and being honest enough to not charge me anything for an unfixable tablet. You walk in to Dash. You are greeted. They ask you to put your phone in some antiquated box on the front counter. I suppose for decontamination. They tell you to return in an hour. I stopped in my tracks to ask do I need... (thinking a receipt or to remove my SIM card), but they interject "don't worry, we'll recognize you". I tried to replace my IPad screen myself. Big mistake!!! I only made matters worse. I didn't know what to expect taking it to a professional because my quotes were always so outrageous in the past from other stores. I recommend this place over anywhere else in the city, hands down! They are extremely professional, genuine and truly the best at what they do! I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 and spent a little over two weeks researching repair options. Most of the places I called were extremely expensive and surprisingly enough most of them had horrendous reviews from past customers. I was determined to find an affordable and guaranteed remedy to my broken screen problem. I stumbled across a list of outstanding reviews for Dash and saw that all the customers agreed that they were exceedingly awesome AND guaranteed their work. It sounded like a winner to me. When I called they were extremely nice and professional. They answered all my questions about time, warranties, options and etc. I went to their location and they were immediately so warm and kind. They gave me the lowest estimate, half hour repair time, couldn't be happier. Friendly and polite guys. If the need arises, would not hesitate to use again. Many thanks. Update: My daughter's phone started acting strange a week after the repair. It was typing random letters when she tried to text. I called Dash and they said bring it up and they'd take a look at it. After seeing the issue, they replaced the screen again, no charge, and said they'd be happy to help if something happened again. Update again: Daughter's phone screen went out again, two months after first two repairs. Not confident in their replacement screens. I go here when I need my screen protector replaced because it's less expensive than anywhere else and he attaches the screen protector for me so I don't end up with bubbles or dirt underneath. Has also answered questions when I can't figure out why my phone is acting funny, and last visit sent me to my phone provider because my phone should still be under warranty rather than charging me to try to repair it. read more

i took my phone paid almost 200 dollars and they broke my charging port, volume buttons, face id, took it to fix frame and back camera and tried to steal my original non working camera took it some where else and told me that they had put third party parts don't waste your time or money even though its cheap its cheap because third party products and it end ups more expensive fixing what they broke some where else if your seeings belief me is not worth it and they don't offer any type of warranty if they break something I would give this a zero star if it was possible read more

This is one place you want to avoid. The reason why you want to avoid this shop is because they use poor parts that show defections. Causing you to waste time to revisit them multiple times for what should have been one repair. The labor is poor as if done by a blind handicapped man with no fingers. Honestly, this is the best place in OKC to go if you want to get your phone fixed right. Took my Nokia Lumia 1020 in to get diagnosed(Cell Techs broke my phone..) and the next day he figured exactly what was wrong with it. Went in to get my iPhone five screen replaced after shopping around some of the places in the city and I couldn't be more satisfied. Not only do they offer the lowest prices charging only $60 compared to 90 at most other places, but they have great customer service and do very fast work. DO NOT! I REPEAT...DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO THIS PLACE. If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped my iPhone 8+ Tuesday, January 9th, 2018. I called them to ask if they repair the iPhone 8+ back plate. I spoke with Jesse and he advised yes they do but it might take approximately 3 hours. So on my lunch (11 am), I took it over to them thinking that by the time I got off from work (5 pm), it would be ready to go. Boy was I wrong. I get there to pick it up and all they've done is scraped a portion of the back plate off. Their excuse was Apple used some super adhesive on these devices making it hard for outside companies to repair them. They told me I could take the phone with me (so that I would not be without a phone) but to be sure to bring it back first thing in the morning so that by the time I got off the next day, it would be ready. Then they proceeded to tell me that this was their first iPhone 8+ they had repaired. When I found this out, I was highly upset. If this was the first iPhone 9+ they had repaired, they should have told me that when I called originally to find out if they replace the back plate of these phones that way I would've had the opportunity to make the decision on whether I wanted to take a risk and have them repair it (knowing they had never done it before) or call another company that had experience. I was not given that option. So, I agreed to take it into them first thing Wednesday morning and give them all day to repair my phone. The time came for me to get off work and I receive a phone call from Jesse asking me do I want the good news or the bad news. I ask him to just give me the information about my phone. He states well the bad news is, we have damaged the battery on your phone but the good news is we already have iPhone 8 + batteries on order and we should have it no later than Saturday, January 13th. I asked was there a way for them to get it in quicker and he said well my boss advised me to tell you Saturday, we're actually supposed to get it on Thursday but we want to make sure to meet your expectations. Being from the customer service field, I completely understood but I was not happy about it. I advised them that I definitely needed it by Saturday, so that I could return the phone under buyer's remorse because I had not had the phone a full week yet and had determined that the iPhone 8+ was way too big for my little hands. Jesse assured me that I should have it by Saturday. They gave me an iPhone 6s loaner and I went on about my day. Saturday, January 13th rolls around, I have not heard from them at all between Wednesday and Saturday. At this point, they've had my phone longer than I've had my phone. I call at noon and speak to Jesse and he feels it's important to tell me that he was off the day before (as if I care) and as of 12:00 pm on Saturday, they had not received the battery but their shipments for the day had not come in, and they generally come in between 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. I said ok, if I have not heard from you by 4, you'll be hearing from me. Well 4 o'clock rolls around and I still have not heard from any Dash representative. I just so happen to be on that side of town, so I go by the store Saturday only to be told that my phone is not done and they don't know when they are going to get the battery. So now I'm livid. You quoted me 3 hours 5 days ago, and it is 5 days later and my phone is still not repaired and it's not from the issue I caused, it's from the issue they caused (you would think that because they damaged my phone they would put a rush on the equipment they needed to repair my phone). Jesse was so nonchalant about the situation and looking at me like he didn't understand why I was so upset. Well considering I was originally quoted 3 hours for the repair, it is now 5 days later and my phone is still not repaired and it's not because of something I did, it is because of something they did, not only that, now I am going to be outside of my buyer's remorse period causing me to be stuck with a phone I did not want. I asked Jesse were they prepared to purchase my phone and he emphatically stated that they WILL NOT be purchasing my device although they've caused me to have to keep it. I was lied to and I was not treated as if they had made a mistake but as if it was my problem. So a word to the wise....DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES TO THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH. read more

Horrible. I paid $130 for my iPhone 6 screen to be replaced and they totally ruined my phone. My phone would randomly control itself, Touch ID stopped working, and I can't update it anymore. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more
