Great customer service. I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone SE (original battery, so it was time). They didn't have the battery in stock and asked me to come back the next day. I came back two days later, no battery. So the tech called their other store at 7401 S Shields Blvd ste e, Oklahoma City, OK 73149. They had the battery in stock, so away I went--with a card in my pocket for a free tempered glass upgrade to make up for my troubles. The store at 7401 S Shields Blvd ste e, Oklahoma City, OK 73149 made fast work of the install and I was out the door and on my way in less than 30 minutes. However, they forgot to tape down the new battery and by a week later it was clunking around in the case. Since I was out of town, I had to go to a different iphone repair place to fix that problem (the out of town repair shop didn't charge me, so it was more of the hassle than anything that earns these folks only 3 stars). read more

Awesome service and quick turn around! The charge port on my iPhone was broken. They were able to fix it in about 20-30 minutes. Even tested the mic afterwards to ensure it worked as well. Bought a phone for $180..phone didn't work for some reason...brought it back 2 times..still couldn't fix it..finally asked for my money back and they gave me 120 and said rest will be put on the card b/c my deposit was done by the card...next day they only put back $6 on the card stating the receipt said there was a restocking fee on a phone that they sold and didn't work. I have been to them 4 times but never will go again...they are sharks and loosers. makes me wonder how many people work for them that put up some reviews and I love it how they remember every detail about bad reviews...very piss poor business... read more

The best part was that she found out the parts did not need to be replaced and ended up not charging me for them. Price ended up being less than half what I thought. I took my daughter's IPhone 6plus to the south shields location the day before Thanksgiving to have the screen replaced. She had broken it about a month earlier and I wanted to get it repaired before the holidays. I had 3 other Apple devices repaired at a different place but they closed early that day so I just stopped in to I Fix Phones. The first thing the tech says is "we don't have the screen here but might be able to get it from our other store" I said ok but questioned why they wouldn't stock screens for one of the most sold phone on the market. Anyway I had them replace the screen. About 5 hours later I called, because they didn't and it was ready. Although the screen was broken the phone functioned perfectly for about a month. When I picked it up it worked. However, by Thanksgiving afternoon it was freezing up and not working at all. So, since it was under "warranty" I took it back. A different tech was at the store and has I am explaining the situation to him, he yawns and then again. And says' "well maybe there is a speck of dust of something in the connections" he tells me he can take a look at it. So, about 6 hours later I call the store because they don't call me and he says it all good. I pick it up and it works, until that evening. The next day I stopped by the north McArthur store. The tech that worked on it the first time was there and he of course had no answers but said "we can take a look at it" hours later picked it up, working again for few hours. I went back to the store again and this time the owner happened to be there and he and I talked about it. He tells me that sometimes there is a small connection that sometimes gets rounded when not installed just right. By this point HIS techs have looked at it 3 times and still not working. So, he is going to look at it. He does call me back, after again many hours and says it looks like that "connection" wasn't just right and its good to go now. I said great, picked it up and this time it worked for about a day and half. At this point I have wasted about 2 weeks back and forth now 2 different stores 3 different supposed trained and skilled "techs". So I called again and the owner informs me that I am lucky because the vender he uses will exchange and warranty the screen. He offers a warranty but I am lucky. But, it has to be ordered, again why don't they have any inventory for the bestselling phones in the country. So, 3 days later I take it into the North store, the lady at the counter informs me that they are expecting a shipment today but its not in. I called the store later the owner tells me that they will take the screen to the south store since I work south as a service to me. Of course I had made no less than 5 trips to their stores at this point but ok. Couples days later I take it in and they tell me they are going to replace it and all is good. About 2 days later the problem returns but this time it is actually worse. So again I call the store this is on a Saturday morning, the owner says "uh well I can look at it again but if we have to replace the screen again we will have to order that so you can bring it in and I will look at it but can't really do anything other than that" again no inventory. I had enough I took it to another store, a competitor of theirs that had repaired 3 Apple devices for us just this year and all working great. Fixed in less than 2 hours and it still works great. I went into the north store that next Tuesday the owner wasn't in. I went back on Wednesday he still wasn't in but the guy at the counter gave me his number. I called and left a voicemail, no return call. I called him again several hours later, no answer no return call. I called 2 more times no answer or return call. That evening around 445pm I texted him, he did reply. Says he didn't recognize my number so he didn't answer the call. I explained the situation and requested a refund of only the money I had paid for the repair. I asked if we could talk by phone he replied "no he was doing something". So we had a text conversation lasting about an hour. He said over and over no refunds, Sorry. That I took it to another store therefore I voided his warranty. His warranty was of no value since it had been back to his stores no less than 5 times for repairs and they say a second screen but they fail every time to fix it. He just keep saying "Sorry no refunds" like he had rehearsed it and had said many times, that I should have let them fix it. Of course I tried to let them fix it many, many times. These guys have no idea what they are doing. They use bad venders for their parts and their "techs" have no clue how to make the repairs. I am only thankful that I took it to a shop that knows how to do it right before "I Fix Phones" did some damage that couldn't be repaired. This place is an absolute joke, I was quoted $95, and asked the young lady how it could be done that cheap. She stated that it was a flat fee of $40 labor plus the parts. So I rolled with it. Then I get a call today saying they messed up on the quote and its gonna be $125. I was not pleased but believed them due to the low quote. So in order to resolve the situation I stated that I would meet them in the middle at $110, which was met with Darren the owner telling me that they refuse to fix my phone and hung up on me. I will never trust these guys again. First off, I bought a Lifeproof case for them that I later found out was counterfeit. After telling them they traded me for a cheaper Otterbox case and only gave me 2/3 of the price difference back because "they couldn't sell the Lifeproof now" Now after getting my phone fixed by them, it broke less than a week later after being dropped on CARPET in the Otterbox I bought from them. This has to be the worst issue I've ever had with a phone repair company. It may cost more to buy a new product, but in the long run, you'll save money. These guys are awful.
