Anne and Drew Pruitt are a fantastic husband and wife team that welcome clients in as part of their family. I have had a few minor traffic infractions. And while most of the time, your insurance agent is the LAST person you want to find out, they are usually my first call. They helped me keep my premiums low and were quick to offer me discounts when enough time had past. I also have them for my homeowners insurance and they were very calming and reassuring when my home was burglarized last year. They greased the wheels on all the paperwork in order to get my claim check as fast as possible. They represent a number of carriers that will meet your needs.

When I was in the hospital recovering from triple bypass surgery, my wife had a very stressful, frightening incident and found a house that looked okay She called Ryan and had him make an offer sight unseen because of her fears living where we did after the aforementioned incident. Ryan did nothing to try and get the best price for the place and when he received the inspection report ONLY sent it to us via email. No review, no comments, NOTHING. We went thru with the purchase, but decided this was not the home for us and put it back on the market using Ryan. He did basically nothing to hep market the property, no open houses, nothing outside of posting on Realtor and Zillow. After a month we took it off the market and terminated our agreement with Ryan. All the tie we worked with him he made a big effort to come across as our best new friend with offers of dinner out and other social outings which, of course, never happened. We researched realtors in the area where the house is located and found one very highly rated by multiple independent sources. We relisted the house with him. He asked if we had had an inspection done when we purchased the place, which of course we had and provided it to him. He reviewed it and within a day called us back with his findings that included 2 significant items that should have definitely been addressed by our previous agent. He did not think they were necessarily show stoppers but should ethically have been discussed with us and the seller. Ryan, as stated, did not seem to have ever looked at the inspection report, certainly did not note any issues with it to us and merely sent it as an attachment to an email. BTW, he purports to be a Home Town Heroes participant. Realtors in this program return 50% of their commission to their clients. He took his full commission on our purchase and did not return a penny to us!!! I now have to seriously question his ethics and his buddy-buddy attitude. NOT FOR REAL!! AVOID HIM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Me and my mother were greeted by the receptionist whom was very shocked that I payed them a visit I told her that I was extremely interested in the property she told me to write down my contact information as well as my mother's I then received a text message asking that I set up an appointment to view the home I became very excited to be told that they have to reschedule. So I wait expecting to hear something.. NOTHING was heard SO I reached out and was then told that the property was given to another applicant I was immediately frustrated with the LACK of communication and customer service this company has. After expressing my frustration I then received another message saying "Bryan" wants to speak with me at 430pm Est I agreed I started to speak with Bryan and Immediately sensed that LOAD OF CRAP he was telling me and my mom on the phone I never heard a Land Lord moving one tenant from one property to another because they have been his renter for 5yrs and he's a great person. WHAT A BUNCH OF BALONEY! here's a little message for BRYAN " you need to get your team together or hire a team of call reps to handle everything because the communication SUCKS!
