I love inspired med spa - starting at the front desk - Regina and Carmen are amazing I called several times and asked questions and they always answered the phone and were always very helpful in answering all my questions - I found this gem on Groupon and came in for a micro ( amazing ) I'm 53 so I decided to come back for a consultation with the RN nurse Stella I needed something to make me feel and look a little younger - Stella suggested a filler in my cheeks to put back those high cheek bones I once had and a filler in my lips ( I had very thin Lips ) I needed 4 syringes total I was very nervous at first but the staff made me feel so comfortable - I did the procedure and WOW!!! The results were amazing , Stella also spread the product that I had bought out more than I expected she used it in my smile lines , cheeks , Lips , chin and to reform the definition above my lips , I followed the directions they gave me prior to the procedure( 5 days prior I started taking arnica tablets which I bought from them , started drinking pineapple juice and no alcohol or fish or ibuprofen) today is 1 day after my injections and I have absolutely no bruising on my face and very , very little on my lips and very little swelling - I'm amazed and already look younger and feel better , I will be going back next month to the dysport party to finish my treatment - Stella and the staff are amazing - Thank you Inspired Med Spa , can't wait for my facial - I've found my forever spa ! I began hormone replacement therapy (HRT) through the wellness side of Li Surgery in November, with a scheduled follow-up in February for pellet reinsertion. In January, I also enrolled in an additional 3-month program, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for the same February date. On the day of my appointment, I received a call informing me that the wellness center was closing effective immediately. This left me scrambling to find a new HRT provider, which is already a stressful and time-sensitive process. I reached out regarding a refund for the 3-month program I had just started in January. After multiple emails and calls with no response, I was eventually told I would not receive a refund because I had received medication. However, I was only provided a 30-day vial for what was supposed to be a 90-day program. I did not receive additional refills, nor did I receive the follow-up visits that were included in the program services that were canceled by the clinic, not by me. Additionally, the original flyer clearly stated that if the treatment was not a good fit or did not work, a full refund would be issued. Despite this, I have still not received any refund or resolution. Prior to this situation, my experience was positive, staff were friendly and the clinic appeared professional. Unfortunately, the way this closure and billing issue have been handled has been extremely disappointing and has left me without both care and accountability. I hope the office takes responsibility and works toward a fair resolution.
