I received an email about a promotion for a microneedling pen so I decided to go ahead and try it out. THE PROCESS: called first week in November and scheduled something for first week in December. They canceled on me two days before my appointment. I called to reschedule in late December and the representative told me that no one was answering the phone at the rancho office. Called AGAIN the first week of January and was finally able to get someone on the phone after waiting over 22 minutes. Set my appointment for January 21st. THE MICRONEEDLING APPOINTMENT: SHASTINE WAS AMAZING. SUPER friendly and informative. She applied the numbing cream (REALLY WORKED- DIDN'T FEEL A THING) and then wiped it off 20 minutes later. The skinpen session was quick and painless- maybe 20 to 25 minutes. My only quick issue was at checkout. I had paid a certain amount for the promotion and the total was coming out to full price (kind of freaked me out). Thank goodness everything was cleared up and they honored the promotion which I originally signed up for.

So these people are nonrefundable, top it off it used to be 15 minutes period gap now it's 5…read moreminutes, I did text them due to my kids on summer break now they won't see me because I was 5 minutes late. They didn't emailed me the new rules! But took 600$ for 3 small areas from me. It's better to pay by the session due to if your always on a tight schedule, I did change my card so they can stop adding fee just if your a little late. Not a good place I won't ever buy the package deals ever again !!!!!

That was my first mistake buying such a large package. I still have hair everywhere, I'm still shaving but what made my the experience horrible was the inconsistency. I didn't even know ice packs existed until my 3rd treatment. Then on my LAST treatment the girl walked in and said I was applying the ice packs wrong and I can give my self really bad dark spots. The first session the girl didn't tape around my tattoo and got super close to it...I have hair growing in that exact spot now because moving forward every person tapped it and refused to get that close...so thanks for the additional hair growth! I received a call asking if I was happy at the end of all my services. I said no, she apologized and then hung up. Now I'm getting sent a survey via email weeks later. If you aren't going to do anything to make it better...why even follow up?? I'm currently researching other places for laser removal. Unfortunately, I've learned my lesson. Research. Research. I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

I'm writing about an incident that occurred over a year ago, however I hadn't written it due to…read moreembarrassment. I was being waxed by Karen who I had frequently been seeing every 6-8 weeks. On this day, it was the afternoon and her and I were in the room while she had just began my Brazilian. All of a sudden I heard someone abruptly open the door into my wax room and it was a lady asking where the restroom was. Karen and I looked up in disarray and she said this isn't the restroom. She tried covering my private parts but I fear the customer had saw me as she physically walked into the room. I was in shock and Karen was extremely apologetic. I felt that she was also embarrassed and tried to make light of the situation but i was so distraught I didn't know how to react. I left that day and never went back. I don't blame Karen at all, however the fact that a customer was able to have access to my room that easily while my service was being done made me feel extremely uneasy. I do wish The Pretty Kitty had a way to prevent others from easily accessing the rooms as there's really just a door and a curtain separating the lobby to the rooms. I probably won't ever go back but I hope this message finds the establishment and can provide some guidance on reassuring this won't happen again.
