A few days ago I noticed that on one of our faucets, if I closed the hot water side too fast there was a little bit of a rattle under the house. I thought I could handle it myself after asking Perplexity what it could be and installed a water arrestor. That didn't help so I thought, maybe it could be the strapping. I reached out to Handy Plumbing Man on a Saturday and they were quick to respond that they could have someone there on Monday. Monday morning came and their technician, Miguel, went down and found that one of the pipes they had worked on wasn't totally secured. No problem, mistakes happen. He said he'd call the office to get technicians over to check the strapping on the work below. I had to go into work but did get a message from them later on that day to see if they could get someone over the same day (Monday) to fix it. This is more on me that I had already gone into work, but they said they could do tomorrow morning at 8am. The guys, Carlos and Baltazar, came bright and early, went under the house and secured the pipe and then some. Awesome company!

We then asked him to clear a clogged bathtub drain. He removed hair after each attempt and could easily have stopped after the first or second try, since the drain was already beginning to improve. From an instant set up from their dispatcher which was very nice and quite helpful. (My apologies for forgetting her name) I got an instant appointment confirmation through text and email, they called 30min. before the plumber came out. Then they text me a picture of a plumber and a little bio of the him. It's reassuring knowing who's coming into your house. When Ross arrived, on time, in uniform and clean. (Maybe I was the first stop.) I knew cause of the bio text and picture that the company sent was very helpful. Ross was polite and courteous to our house and slipped on some shoe cover which I very much appreciated. I told him our issues with the faucet and which problem started after water shut off in our complex . With a couple toggles at the faucet lever he had an idea what was wrong. I had a gut feeling it was an easy job but let's let the professional figure it out. Which he did. After the water shut off a lot of debris came out and clogged up the faucet spout filters. Ross removed all the debris and cleaned it out. Lo and behold we have more water pressure!!! He told me he wasn't going to charge me because of how easy of a fix it was. This summer we were redoing our bathroom and the pipe needed repair. Danny Jimenez came out to spec the work the day I called, documenting the job and explaining everything in both English and Spanish for both his team and mine. Glen Cruz came to do the prep work and pipe liner extension which was done quickly and cleanly. The cost was a fraction of what other plumbers quoted. My pipe goes through the center of my house and other plumbers wanted to dig up my floors or my garden. 10/10 for Bell Plumbing. My pipe is working great, and my house is still intact.
