Tons of accessories and hard to find items that are not readily available at big box retailer. My wife had broke her iPhone (again) and we needed to replace her digitizer (for those of you not in the wireless industry) it's a fancy word for "screen". We had check the prices online and on Ebay and Wild PCS was still had the lowest prices locally to repair. We dropped the phone off about noon and five hours later it was ready to go. Several days after repairing it, the glue holding the digitizer to the main frame came apart and the screen was literally hanging from the phone ribbon cable. Today we took the phone in (3pm) and showed them their quality of work. They 9/28 they immediately squeezed us in and apologized for the inconvenience and let us know that they will use a stronger adhesive. Within 15 minutes the phone was fixed to perfection and we were on our way. We'll continue using them to fix our phone, and definitely refer people to utilized their facility.

Distressed, I called wild pcs as a last option before buying a new phone. The lady in the phone was WONDERFUL! She assured me that if they damaged the LCD that they'd replace it at no additional cost to me, and FOR $150 CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE! I dropped off my phone the next day, and it was ready in about 3 and a half hours! I noticed there was a watermark under the new screen and she told me to bring it back (as I was in a hurry I had an appointment to make) and they'd fix it for free! I initially brought it in to the Apple store at Fashion Fair for battery replacement but they told me they could not do the repair since it was so badly swollen that it caused a tiny split on the top of the screen. Apple was only going to do the repair if I paid for the screen replacement too because they said the screen could get damaged during the repair. However for the cost of the screen it wasn't worth. Thankfully I found Quick Phone Repair who not only was able to replace my battery but also did it so carefully as not to cause any further damage to the screen. I am happy to say that my phone works great and saved me the money of having to buy a new iPhone. The repair itself took about an hour and fees are reasonable. I would definitely use Quick Phone Repair's services again.
