They are located in Hamilton, Ohio serving up some seriously good and authentic Palestinian food!…read moreWe tried their kibbeh, falafel, fries, hummus, philly cheesesteak, and their limited time chicken over rice! The flavors of everything was unreal! The restaurant has a great ambiance with beautiful, traditional Palestinian decor. The service is amazing too!

I needed some tasty takeout and gyros sounded really appealing! This restaurant is located in the…read moreBridgewater Falls shopping center, but it's easy to find using the Yelp pin and GPS. Looks to be a quick serve setup, where you order and pay at the counter and they deliver to your table. I saw a few people dining in. Nice and clean inside with simple and soothing decor. Got two gyros and an order of stuffed grape leaves to go. The gyros were absolutely enormous where you need a fork to eat at least half the meat before you could even think about holding it. Nice and fresh and very tasty, though I was expecting the meat to be much more thinly sliced, and it was a wee bit short on the Tzatziki. Note to self: order extra on the side. The grape leaves were perfect, lemony and refreshing with a nice slightly crisp bite to reveal the tender filling. Beautifully wrapped too so nothing spilled out. I called my order in. I noticed the website must be directly powered by a third party delivery system as it had inflated prices, even if you choose the pickup option. So pick up the phone and call if you want to pay the regular menu prices. The gentleman who took my order and waited on me was very polite and cheerful. I'll be back!

The Lucky Well - Burger on GF Bun w/half house salad.

My wife, myself and another couple decided to go out Friday evening. They had never been to The…read moreLucky Well before but my wife and I had. Probably didn't do a review the first time as it was a family gathering and I was preoccupied. This visit, we opted to sit outside, in front. It was pleasant enough temperature wise, but it's very close to the main street and when some vehicle with loud engine or muffler came by, well, didn't help with conversations. Ok, waitress came out and friendly greeting, took our drink order. Came back in a short while and took our order, then was right back with our beverages. She was very good about checking in on us every so often. Gotta say, they have one of the best Espresso martinis I've had. And a wide variety of bourbon, too. On to dinner. I ordered a Burger that came with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, pickle and their special sauce. The burger itself was good, honestly, I've had better but that was at a place specializing in burgers. It came with their "chips" which are thin cross-cut fries that were actually quite good. Also ordered a 1/2 ceasar salad, it was a typical Caesar salad. My wife ordered the Shepard pie, she really liked it and it was large enough for her to eat only half and bring the other half home. The other gentleman in our group ordered the fish sandwich with side salad . It was a pretty big piece of fish and he said it was good. So, as I mentioned earlier, my wife and I had been there before and we will probably go again, this time I'll get the shepherds pie and try the hot honey carrots that sound good!

Loved it. Much more of a restaurant than a pub. Very spacious, classy Irish themed wall decor…read more Nice big bar. Service was very good, questions answered and recommendations made. Unique and interesting cocktail list, I had the "Well Water" which was fresh light and tasty but potent. My husband had the red blend wine and liked it a lot. Food was fabulously delicious, nicely presented, and very generous portions. One of the best Shepherds Pies ever, and those corned beef egg rolls were loaded with fillings. They could be a meal in themselves. An unexpected salad accompanied the Shepherds Pie, dressed with a creamy Malt Vinegar dressing- wow! Never had anything quite like it. One thing I found odd was the absence of salt and pepper and any condiments at all. I probably could have used a bit of HP Sauce or similar on the bangers, but everything was so good and there was so much we just fell to and really didn't miss it. Our waitress did not miss a beat in having our leftovers neatly wrapped up for us. This is located at the dead end of Monument Avenue right by the Log Cabin and Soldiers Monument so you can enjoy some history. Plenty of parking including disabled spots but you do have to walk around the corner for the entrance. Needless to say, we will be back! Highly recommended.
