I called Steve at FLCS and he stopped by the same day to walk the property and hear the requirements from the HOA. Steve came up with a thorough proposal that included reusing many bushes, trees, and a cement block retaining wall to keep costs down. Part way through the project it was clear the sprinkler system would have to be replaced. FLCS handled the required county utility check and added the sprinkler system work at a fair price. My sister and I had a few requests near the end of the project and Steve and his crew did everything without any questions.
