Sorry excuse for a service department. You have to call multiple times for service to answer your call. I had truck in three times, issue with workmanship every time. New truck, had an oil change, noticed oil spots on driveway next day. Looked underneath and there was oil everywhere, they never cleaned up. Second time I asked to check the heating element in side mirror for response time, much slower than other side. Said nothing wrong, but managed to dent my door. Third time, asked to balance and rotate tires, put them back on in same positions. Ripped my tint across top of windshield replacing the little sticker that tells you when your due next. Covered over the ripped tint with a fresh due stick. Sticker fell off, that's when I saw the damage. I'm done with them. read more

Stay away if you can. This is by far the most expensive and sloppiest shop within 100 miles. Other services charge up to 40% less for the same work -- I personally called 9 different shops after my truck got stuck here, and all were significantly cheaper than Flagler Ram. I needed a radio frequency hub replaced (3 connectors plus key programming), which is located under the back seat. Not only did they overcharge, but they also failed to reinstall the covers correctly and even left plugs loose on the floor and seat. To make things worse, the crew seemed untrained -- they told me I had to arrange and pay for towing myself, even though Ram provides roadside assistance for 5 years or 60,000 miles. When a vehicle just stops in the middle of 95 and leaves someone stranded and in a dangerous place there is an issue. When it needs $6,000 worth of fixing there is a problem. When you won't even fix it and send people to another dealer to fix it there is a problem. I would NEVER go back to Flagler Jeep for service... took the Wrangler in for the start/stop, which was not working, and for the windshield washer fluid, which would not spray washer fluid. They told us the start/stop needed a new auxiliary AND main battery. For the windshield wiper fluid not working, they told us it needs a washer screen/pump. Total estimate was $1800!! We told them to forget it and just give us the Jeep back... we go to pick it up and they charged us $450 to "diagnose" the problems. Seriously?! I've never heard of that. Brought the Jeep to Hanania - the start/stop needed an auxiliary battery, but did NOT need the main battery as well as the auxiliary like Flagler had told us. And the windshield washer fluid tube was clogged, it just needed to be cleaned. Total bill $525. Flagler Jeep is either totally dishonest or unqualified... read more

Deceptive Practices, horrible customer service, they misdiagnosed my service issue and charged me $2150.00 to replace a steering rack on my Jeep that only had 38,000 miles and did not resolve the problem I brought my Jeep in for. They do not stand behind their service and refer you to Customer Care which is an 800 number that does nothing and is just an overseas call center that has no technical support and is a joke. I was sold a Lemon from this Jeep dealership. The Bronco bought there was in the shop 2 months after breaking down on 95. When getting it back it broke down again On 95 Again. The car is obviously a lemon and dangerous . The dealership washed their hands of helping at all. It was fixed at the Ford dealership. I tried to talk to the management that sold it to me and they were very mean and intimidating. It was overpriced at the time. They will buy it back if I pay them $4500 which as single mom of 3 i cant afford. So I would not recommend buying from them. They don't stand behind what they sell. They didn't honor their own agreement on price and is not to be trusted. This dealership will waste your time and your hard earned money no matter who they betray along the way. Before I go into what happened I just want to say that the salesman, Ralph, is a great and honest guy. Ralph and I went back and forth a bit as any car sales negotiation goes but finally agreed on a price. Sure it was over text, but nevertheless, a written agreement. I was asked for a picture front and back of credit card to hold a $1000 deposit - sent it over no problem. Over the weekend I mentioned to Ralph that I noticed the glovebox looked misaligned in the photos. Ralph said he would get that looked at over warranty first thing Monday. Booked a one-way flight with my Dad to go back to Miami the next day then drive up to Flagler Jeep in Palm Coast to finalize everything. Flew to Miami. Booked the rental car. Then today I get a text from the dealer saying "The glove box is broke. And He wants to go back to the price of $109.000. He is gonna take it to the auction ..He said it will bring alot more..I am sorry Mr.". I told Ralph that it wasn't fair we had already agreed on a price. At this point I already flew out and had the rental car booked. I called the dealership and politely asked to speak to the sales manager. I was told that Chris, the sales manager on the floor that day, doesn't even want to speak with me. Finally after a few attempts, they put him on the phone. Chris then proceeds to talk to me with such disrespect and says that we never agreed to that price when we in fact did and it was over text with Ralph and of course, when the other sales manager was on the floor. Chris then says "well that's not a price I would have ever agreed to we don't do business over text". Like really bro? This is 2022, come on. You guys reached out to me via text so obviously that was the way you agreed to communicate. You even requested confidential financial information over text! After I asked the sales manager how he morally feels after doing such a bad thing by not honoring their commitment, Chris then proceeds to hang up the phone on me. I called the dealership back and the sales manager said that I can buy it for 110 take it or leave it. Chris then threatened me and said if I call back it's harassment. How can these clowns be in business? This dealership does not honor their agreements. This dealership acted in ways that are super unethical. I feel cheated and disappointed. All I got from Chris was a canned response of "I am sorry you feel that way". It's not about feeling a certain way. It's about doing the right thing. I asked Chris to do the right thing here and he chose to NOT honor their dealership's commitment. Chris, the sales manager, will be the primary driver for tarnishing this dealership's reputation. I had an interesting experience with this Flagler CHYSLER Dodge Jeep dealership in Palm Coast. I had brought my Chysler van in a few times for service and every time I always thought the service was bad and never had a good experience, like I do at other dealerships. NO big deal, customer service is hard to find these days and I have kinda accepted it. I never complained about it, I never mentioned it UNTIL I received a survey request to my email. I ignored the first survey that they sent me and since I've been there a few times they kept sending me this survey to fill out. So, I eventually decided to fill out this online survey that they sent me in hopes that maybe they could improve their customer service. Now, back up a month or two ago, Which was the last time I brought my van in for service. I was waiting on a part to come in so they could complete the work. I never heard from them so I finally decided to call them. This is where the story turns. I called the service department and reminded them who I was and why I was calling, if my part has arrived. The man at the service desk rudely says to me "yeah, we're not going to service you anymore because you left a bad review" "you can go find another dealership to work with we don't want your business" he then hangs the phone up. To me, this is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Remind you, I never made a complaint, I was never rude even though I thought their customer service sucked until they sent me a survey to fill out. This was more of a confirmation as why I didn't want to do my business with them anyway. If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a Jeep on a Friday and asked during test drive if there was 2 keys to vehicle. They told me yes as key ring said 1 of 2, as I was doing paperwork they could not find key. They said it was probably in service but service was closed and they would send me they key or call me to pick it up. I stop in on Monday where they first acted like they didn't know what I was talking about then looked around and said they still hadn't found it and would call me. No calls to me were ever made. I made 5 calls in a week and a half period only each time to leave a message. Then 2 weeks after purchase I talk to sales Mgr Kyle Hash who tells me there is no 2nd key and they won't make me one, basically I'm SOL, not even an apology. Terrible customer service! This is the SHADIEST dealership I ever experienced in my life. I had a mobile mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection on a truck I was interested in at this dealership because I'm out of state. The sales man Logan gave my mechanic a truck with no gas in it and the truck would not start because of a bad starter, Logan falsely accused the mechanic of disabling the starter with his scan tool which isn't possible and makes no sense. Logan and Jeffrey the sales manager LIED to me and said my mechanic sabotaged their truck and that he is BANNED from their dealership. I passed on the truck. From what I've heard the truck was sold to someone else and the truck would not start because of a bad starter. My mechanic, Henry's Mobile Complete Auto Care, which is just down the street from this dealership, should SUE this shady dealership for lying on him and I would be a witness . Took my 2016 Chrysler in for an AC diagnostic may 6th. They told me on the paper work... evac, recharge "little bit" of Freon added and NO LEAKS! Fast forward 2 weeks I tell them it has the same issue. They have me drop off the car. Mind you I paid for a diagnosis already. They come back telling me I need a new evap for $1900 because it had a LEAK! after I told them no I would pick up the car they wanted me to pay $600 for 30 oz of Freon and labor... after I already paid for the diagnosis (2 weeks prior that they said had no leaks) that they did wrong the first time! Then I asked why would I pay for a recharge if they just told me I have a leak!? Who would pay $600 for a one week fix that is going to leak again. That is a joke.
