    Had a frustrating experience with "Big Country" he is a good hearted man and funny but didnt explain the full deal for a warranty on a car we were trying to get but Bryant Beals and Micheal the sales manager helped us out and got it all under control with exellent customer help and service, especially Bryant. Absolute legend.

    2025 Corvette

    I have had my 2025 Corvette in for service several times and wanted to say that Jan'er Padilla the technician did an outstanding job replacing my glove box switch. It was quit difficult, however Jan'er completed the job with out doing any damage to any of the interior. Jan'er takes pride in his work and it shows. Thank You Jan'er. I would also like to note how personable and helpful Zach Desruisseau the Service advisor. Zach is very kind and is also very complementary on how well I keep my 2025 Corvette. Thank You Zach, you are a real asset to Tom Gibbs.

    Highly recommend checking out Tom Gibbs Chevrolet if you're in the market for a new vehicle. From the very start we felt heard. Raymond was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and took very good care of us. Caleb and Bryant were also very understanding of our situation and made sure we were comfortable in our decision. Thank you all again!     My boyfriend and I took his car here after it showed a cam shaft reading and broke down. That was…read morethe only issue with the car before dropping it pff at Auto Tech. Unfortunately, we recived a call stating the car wouldn't start, it would be $390 for them to replace the battery, and that they "don't take costumer parts." So we asked if we could install it. Once again it was an issue because they don't allow costumers to do anything to their cars once on Auto Tech's property. To rectify the situation, we bought a battery and decided to go to a different shop that might make more sense financially. My boyfriend proceeded to very kindly ask for his keys back and said thank you for your service but he will be going elsewhere. The owner then decided to state his men were "all up in it and then got to the battery." Not only was the car able to start when we dropped the car off but now he is admitting they messed with the engine. He also said we need to pay the $71 in "labor?" My boyfriend then asked if we needed to because they didn't do anything. The owner then dropped all his paperwork and told him to leave. We still had no diagnosis on the car before leaving and there was a scratch on the car. Overall the experience was disrespectful, suspicious, and quite frankly I should be speaking to a legal rep for how the car was after we dropped it off. As a service worker I am so disappointed in the grown man who runs this business. 0/10, so unprofessional.

And the loose Sway Bar issue was properly identified, r/t it being full assembly shocks one of the other well known garages said would cost approx. $2000! Instead, the Sway Bar Link Kit & labor will be 10% of that!! I can def recommend AutoTech & will make them my #GoTo in #Bunnell #PalmCoast
