We have sat down stairs and it has a good viewing area to the stage .Its modern the Lobby is is a bit small but it's nice, it's got plenty of parking. It has a Friendly staff with sitting patrons helping thru the theater super helpful , we've been here for concerts events and had no problems, the only downside is the stairs to the second floor , I did see some older folks having trouble going up . They have some good talent though the year it's nice to get out of the house and enjoy the shows , and it's not expensive to attend , I recommend it we al way have dinner near by and then a show ..

The Epic Theater has undergone a renovation that is impressive. When you walk into the theater,…read moreyou'll see there is no longer ticket sellers. They've been replaced with ticket kiosks. Next, whether you pre-purchased your tickets or want to purchase them there, there are at least five ticket kiosks to choose from. There is a ticket guide available (yes, it's not a robo, yet) to assist with your use of a kiosk as well as theater directions for your movie location. What was quite changed was the installation of 'self-serve' everything! No longer do you need to wait on a line for drinks, popcorn, and snacks! Everything is within arm's reach. The most surprising feature was the 'sticker shock' for the popcorn containers. Buyer beware .... Very, very pricey for even a small tub. $$$$ There is a 'guide' to assist with your selections and purchases. No longer exists a counter register, but kiosks to take care of business too. As we walked to our theater to locate our seats, it was another pleasant surprise to see so many lounge seats! They were quite nice, though hubby wasn't fond of the seat. I kicked back with my expensive bucket of popcorn and drink! Now that was quite nice! We really enjoyed the movie and the upgraded theater experience. Yes, we'll be back, however, we'll bypass the food service kiosks. ENJOY!

Then...it came to our attention that the movie had been moved from one theatre to another and there was a very last minute shuffle of people who had purchased their tickets online and were forced to move to other seats. I was furious for them! And to make matters worse....Bought a large popcorn and it ended up being scraps, not hot and tasted stale. The way the concessions are done now, there was no way to talk to anyone to get a new bag. Shame on Epic. The staff is almost non-verbal and not helpful at all.

They were so easy to work with, communicated clearly, and were completely professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond and made my dad's 70th birthday party a total hit. The music was perfect -- they played songs everyone loved and kept the energy up all night. I highly, highly recommend them. Five stars, without question.

He even did some Rod Stewart ( my favorite) and changed some of the lyrics to celebrate me. He plays all around the are, so book in advance. He's very popular. His prices are good and you wont be disappointed! I'll definitely use him agai!
