This is the WORST car wash and I am NEVER taking my car here again. I paid $44 for their premium wash and they did NOT vacuum my care properly, they did not vacuum the trunk. Also they do not wipe down the seats and clean the windows. I complained and told them and they said "we don't really wipe down like that" !? I wonder what they do for the cheaper $36 wash? I went to this Flagship and requested the $44 Flagship Package (includes everything). The work they did was a complete waste of money. My car style had smudges all over the dashboard, it looked like they barely vacuumed the interior seats and trunk space and cup holders were all still dirty. I paid for the ultimate interior/exterior wash and detail as a thank you to my niece letting me borrow her car while mine was in repair. It was not busy because there was a slight drizzle, overcast, and 45° temps. You would think with just a few cars to work on, that they would maybe put some extra focus on your car when you bought a top-of-the-line wash package. Not so. My niece's car is a Subaru outback, and aside from some mud in the doorsill and just usual dust and debris from sitting unused in the driveway while she studies abroad, it was in great shape. I just wanted a little spruce up. When they were done with the 10 minute time it took, I see fingerprints on the dash display, fingerprints on the rearview mirror, the cupholder wasn't even wiped out, dirt and mud still in the doors, and dust still on parts of the dash and interior door handles, and the second row leather seats weren't even wiped. It looks like a very cursory wipe inside and a vacuum to the mats. Because it was drizzling, they didn't even have to wipe the exterior very well yet they couldn't focus even five extra minutes of attention on the interior. That's it for $44. This location used to be a Dr Wash, and for $20 you could've gotten better quality service. Very disappointing. I thought by coming on a slow day with some inclement weather I would be supporting this business on a day of slow sales, and in turn I would come away satisfied. This company and their cleaning practices has degraded significantly since I first started going to them in 2010/2011. I haven't been a constant customer but on and off. Their highest current membership is $75 for unlimited monthly washes. It seems every time I go back, there is something else removed from their cleaning protocol. 1st it was the baggie protecting your rear window wiper and now no more armor all on the tires. DEFINITELY NOT worth the price. I'm canceling my membership...highly disappointed! read more

Flagship has taken over the area. But they are ready for it. They have an associate at the check in to make sure you select the right options. Someone guiding thru the car wash and then at the end for the final cleaning. I went at 1pm on a weekday and maybe waited 20 minutes. Also, you don't get out of your car during the car wash only when you're getting the inside clean. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes the associates look snarky or that they are being bothered. I try to smile and say thank you and know they are appreciated. read more

I just went to the Flagship in Chantilly on Lee Hwy. it was my first time. I had also just been issued new plates at the nearby DMV. Hats off to Alex! He not only had the drivers needed to change my plates, he saw all the buildup from sap and leaf blowers and authorized me to go thru twice, since it was my first time. He and I agreed, it still wouldn't be perfect yet, but my car looks much better and I appreciated all the extra care!! I'll be back! read more

I was offered a month of car washes, a month later they charged my card again. I was not told I was going a membership plan, I had no account. No conversation, paperwork filled out. Just ran my card at the box and was handed a sticker. They could not find my "account" because I never made one. It is clearly their plan to steal money from people as they do not offer refunds or tell people they are joining. Took 30 plus minutes to find and cancel my "account". If you have ever been, check your account they are trying to take your money. read more

The manager was extremely rude, and refused to provide a corporate contact. I have tried to reach corporate but no response. Very dangerious situation going on, you have been warned. My rear windshield wiper was broken off my Acura MDX when going through the car wash. When I reported it to the manager, he stated they have a sign up front stating they're not responsible. They use to tape the wiper down and they stop doing it. I thought the service was safe, but that is not the case. I will never go back to that location again. read more

I've been to the Flagship car washes where they have parking spaces after the machine wash for you to use their cloths to wipe down your car, and vacuum. This location is not like that. After the machine wash, if you didn't select the full service option, they wipe down your car using the same cloths as the car in front of you. My car was still covered in a fine film after that. I was then told I could not wipe down or vacuum my own car as this was a full service only location. Had I known that, I would not have come here. I would not return based on the service I received, and I also prefer to wipe down my own car since I'll actually do it correctly and with fresh cloths. To each their own. read more

I don't know why we keep going back because we're always disappointed. I paid $49 to have my Ford expedition cleaned inside and out today. Additional cost to do the cargo area. Shame on me for not checking before I left, but there was dog hair everywhere the two side doors had not been wiped. Review I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Flagship Car Wash location off Route 50. On August 16th, I brought my 2021 Mercedes Benz 580 for a wash. My car was in perfect condition when it entered the wash, but when it came out, the front bumper grill was completely ripped off. The damage is clearly visible in the video footage from that day at 10:13 am. It has now been 13 days, and I have yet to receive any communication or apology from this location or from Flagship's customer service. I have called multiple times, only to be told it would take 7 business days for a response. It's been well beyond that, and no one has bothered to contact me or take responsibility for the damage. As a long-time customer with four memberships, I am appalled by the lack of accountability and customer care. This experience has been the worst I've ever had with any car wash. Flagship clearly does not value its loyal customers. I expected better from such a well-known company. Not a word. I finally sent another email and the district manager called me. He assured me that there was no damage to my transmission. Of course, he has no way of knowing that and neither do I. And the manager that was rude and dismissive of my concerns? He recently got promoted to manager at a larger Flagship facility. I will never go back to another Flagship. Received great service when my son went for ultimate wash and forgot to get car vacuumed; I took the car back the next day and was permitted to go through wash again and received the best interior cleaning. When they closed to renovate, they should have just stayed closed. Honestly this was the worst experience I've had with the Flagship chain. When my car went through the wash, the brushes didn't spin and my car just hit the brushes that were in the way. No soap or anything was sprayed onto the car. The only thing sprayed on the car was the misted water to rinse right before the dryer. When I told the lady at the end of the wash that my car needed to go through again because nothing even happened, she told me my car was clean. How are you going to tell me my car is clean when there's still bird shit on it? Come here if you like your car to be wet and dirty, your time wasted, and to be gaslit. read more

I took my car to the car wash on Fairfax Boulevard, Fairfax, VA, yesterday. I got there and saw that it has been taken over by Flagship, and saw that the prices have been pumped up. The previous owner, which I had been using for many years, charged about $15 for a car wash which included cleaning the inside of the windows, dusting the interior and vacuuming the floor mats. For $18 I got my car washed, which included a tire treatment. The interior was not included and the wheels still had lots of brake dust on them and the tire spray was only on about 75% of the tires. Their wash with interior cleaning costs $31. The previous owner charged abound $20. Their web page boasts all sorts of whiz bang stuff, but their actual practice was sub-standard. Unlike the previous owner, they do not offer any military discounts (unless you join their club). read more

I am a unlimited wash customer and wash my truck on average 2 times weekly. Me vehicle is generally very clean. The Chantilly location just reopened since being remodeled. My vehicle actually came out of the wash looking worse than before and after waiting nearly 30 minutes for someone to dry my vehicle I had to do it myself. Their is no manager on duty and they are extremely disorganized. You should stay away from this location, it's not managed well. read more

Moved to Northern Virginia and decided car had enough bugs and detritus. I remembered a car wash was near Chantilly on route 50 west from the last time we lived here and tried flagship. Sorry state of affairs. The wash was moving slowly the brushes were ineffective and worse there wasn't a rinse to get the soap off. They told me to go around again and I wasted more time here. Same problem no rinse so the soap scum stayed on the car. Call this review never again read more

They did a great job cleaning my car but signed me up for a monthly plan without my knowledge. After seeing it on my credit card I went in and requested a refund. Their records agreed that I never once used the plan. They submitted a request for the refund but I never heard back. I then contacted them through the website but still no response. Very disappointed to not get at least an apology. read more

They don't know what they're doing here. The person letting you in the wash was on his phone and when you pull out of the wash there was no direction. I wanted the interior cleaned but someone just dried off the car and pointed me out. Didn't seem like anyone had an idea of what their role is. read more
