Horrible experience at this car wash today! I paid for the most expensive inside and outside package. They took about 5 minutes or less to wash the car- did not do any wipe down of the interior; did not remove the floor mats to vacuum underneath them. I pointed out that I paid for services they did not do- I had to do this several times for them to finally do a mediocre job. Very lazy and disappointing. read more

I have not been able to use car wash facility in sometime due to Covid. Decided to stop in this morning and use one of my prepaid platinum washes. Unbeknownst to me, the car wash has a new owner and a new name and the 20 or $25 that I paid is now void. You would think that the new car wash would want to except the old prepaid car washes in order to transfer over customers. Unfortunately these assholes said I would not be able to use it. 2:00 pm work shift lady denied service because I wanted to vacuum first. I insisted payment and told the young lady that I needed to vacuum and air out some dirt before I could wash the car. But she did not want to cooperate and kept bringing up company policies and how it doesn't allow for this freedom. I have been taking my care to the Mr. Wash and then Flagship for several years. The quality of the full inside and out are still up to par at Flagship that I experience before. My car is 7 years old but always looks great after the $39 wash. It is a little bit pricey but $39 for a really good job is cheaper than a $25 poor job. I recommend Flagship and I wish it was closer to my house so I could take adavantage of the unlimited offer. I am not sure why the other reviews were so negative other than the price but if you try it once I think you will be a repeat customer. read more

Now I understand why this establishment has such low ratings! My mom brought her vehicle here for a platinum wash (not sure all what that entails but it's supposed to include vacuuming) she looks in the car, sees that they did not do a good job, calls and the owner/manager/whatever runs this place tells her that's how they vacuum- by simulating vacuuming but actually NOT. She brings the car home and parks it because she uses two vehicles. We use it on Thursday and the car is a mess- no signs of "vacuuming". Set-in crumbs everywhere, trunk full of debris, middle console full of debris. I don't care how messy of a person you are, that type of build-up doesn't occur in 3 days (especially in a vehicle that doesn't get used often). I demand to take it back to this awful place, get told I need to call to speak with a manager the following day, walk out then decide to come back for the name of the woman helping me, only to to see her being groped by an employee while laughing and smiling, meanwhile another employee, a man, was standing behind watching . . . Um . . . What? I was barely gone two minutes. Today, I call and speak to what I was told was the owner and he tells me in summary that this establishment does not stand behind their workmanship and that they basically suck! He also told me, when I informed him of Wendy's behavior, that 1. Enterprise car wash sold out to flagship but the problem is they still have the same management in Fairfax you take your car there they detail it and then they put the mats in on wet floors in your car. They don't even try to force dry with floor blower, then your car start smelling sour read more

Okay, I don't even know where to start. I've been a long customer of Flagship and have been using their locations for all my vehicles and never had an issue. I still strongly recommend them as the top tier Car Wash locations but NOT THIS ONE. I'm a huge spender when it comes to washing my car. Price isn't an option when it's my vehicle. I pull up to the booth where a older guy (looked upset to be there) showed me a pamphlet of their services. (Having been going to flagship for years) I knew to get the Express Interior, which is normally $60-70. The employee tells me "okay" and I hand him my card. As I'm reading the screen I see that he only charged me $18. I ask him, "am I getting the express interior? Normally it's around $60-$70". He tells me "no, we don't do that service anymore". Mind you, if he didn't have the service I needed he could have said so before charging me for basic or even told me about other options. I get upset and just tell him never mind and continue with the car wash. Furthermore into the drying phase, A female employee who also seemed very upset to be there told me to go to a certain spot to dry off. She then barely rubs a rag on my vehicle and tells me I'm done. I see the soap dripping down on several parts of my vehicle. I tell her nicely "there's still soap on my vehicle do you mind cleaning it up?" She gets a rag and she's very upset and just once again wipes the vehicle (not in the area where the soap was) and goes "okay done". I tell her once again, "there's soap right there and she doesn't even bother to clean it and walks away to another customer. I'm not the type to just sit there and not get service so I grab a rag from the cart and begin to clean my vehicle on my own. I'm now at another location further from my house where I've been before and now have to pay again to wash my car the right way. Note, they were not busy at the time my car was washed. I wake up early to miss the busy Saturday rush. I'm still a supporter of Flagship, this location just needs to do better. read more

The girls they have working there do not know what the word "clean" means. You pay these guys for the full service package and trust me your car will ALWAYS come back dirty. I'm not being picky either, I'm talking about basic stuff like cleaning the front window or cleaning the dirt off your rims and tires. The previous owners were just fine, Flagship car wash is expensive, not consist with washing type of your choice and you need to remind them about the spots they miss...one time they didn't even open my trunk for Cleaning. To make the matter worse, per my husband suggestion , we bought the monthly cleaning plan. We just noticed there is a recurrent charge on our separate cards as we paid individually with our own credit cards. We left Flagship phone messages and nobody is getting back to us. In general, I have issue with car washes in northern VA. I'm from NYC, where a $40 wash left you car feeling brand new and you didn't have to choose between interior and exterior. This location just proved my point. I took my wife and I cars to the location. Paid $42 each for the Dr Wash package. I was told the labor is intensive and that is why the high price. At best this was a $30 wash. I'd be ok at that price point and would come weekly if that was the case. The other packages with would include interior and exterior wit the hand wax, was $180. Are you kidding me? That's a mobile detailer price point with clay bar. In short. Dr Wash itself is a example of us idiots in Loudon making enough money to pay whatever exorbitant price for luxuries. I am an unlimited wash club member and typically wash my car about once a week. Service has been steadily getting worse and worse the last few times. They are critically understaffed on weekdays. My experience today was terrible. The short-handed staff was totally disorganized. In the past, we've always admired the methodical manner in which cars were processed.
