I purchased a Platinum Car Wash like I have been for 3 years plus which includes vacuming of the inside of the car. I asked the guy to vacuum some areas that still were dirty (it was obvious ( paper clips, crumbs still there) and he started arguing with me and saying I did not pay for this. I told the staff member inside at the register and he stated to go back outside. I asked the staff outside and they told me to go back inside in other words they were giving me the run around. Finally another staff who again argued with me about they did vacuum out the car and I stated no, you did not do a good vacum an please look at the paper clips and crumbs. He agree to complete the car. I should not have to fight on getting a good vacum job for what I should get with the service and I will be looking for another car wash. read more

Don't ever take your car here for detailing..I took my car today for full detail and left it there for 3 hours and when I went to pick it up. My driver seat was ripped and they said they didn't do it..the manager or the owner of the place was so fucking rude...I will see them in court for destruction of property...so be careful when taking you car there... read more

Treated my car to a Dr. Wash Package today and I am so impressed with the job that was done! For $42 my car was washed, hand-dried, vacuumed, mats cleaned, interior completely wiped down with Armor All (or whatever shiny stuff they use), windows cleaned, and tires cleaned! Those people work very hard for their money and deserve a big tip! read more

Wow. This was 5 stars in my book and let me say the workers are all 5 stars. But it only takes one person. In this case, Daniel working in the AC was rude and unhelpful and kept arguing with me about my opinion. Unreal. Even when I told him not to dispute a customers opinion he kept on. Sorry to say this one person may be the straw for me. Finally a guy from outside finally came in and took car of me. My 4 cars a month will find another home unless the cashier is fixed. read more

Just got the Gold wash there for $16 and was very pleased with the service! My car looks so clean inside and out! My toddler had even just spilled his box of crayons all over his car seat as we pulled in, and they cleaned them all up, 48 crayons back in the box!! Very grateful! I have been to this carwash w/my different vehicles (a sedan & a full size truck). I have never had 1 problem w/their wash. They do a great job. I always get the platinum wash and my rides are shiny, spotless, tires are dressed, and inside windows are clean. Definitely worth the price in the area. read more

I just took my employer's 15 passenger van to Dr Wash today for a full interior detail. The van looked pretty bad but now it looks like new inside. They did an amazing job. I will definitely go back. The whole process took about 5 hours, but that involved removing 4 rows of bench seats and shampooing each seat. I've very pleased with the results. Thank you, Dr. Wash. read more

There are a big car wash and a lot of staff in there. I heard they use chemical washing soap for car for protection. I like here.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been taking my car here to get hand washed from the past couple of months. I walked in yesterday evening and this lady at the desk was extremely rude. I told her I would like to get my car hand washed and cleaned inside, she said we don't do hand wash. I looked at her and said I come here all the time and get my car washed so what are you talking about, this isn't my firs time here. Then rudely she walked away and said let me ask my manager. She came back and said we don't do it and I said ok so why is "hand wash $35" listed on your board? Like are you stupid or what? She then rudely replied we are busy. My friends, my family, and myself have been coming here for a long time but after yesterday evening you have lost all our business. The point is if they were busy she could've said nicely yes we do hand wash but we are really busy right now so cannot do it but she was rude from the get go and was lying to my face that they don't do hand wash. Hire some people that actually know what you guys offer and talk to their customers with respect because clearly after yesterday's experience me nor anyone I know that used to go there will not! read more

I would have given this place zero stars if that was an option. I have been going here for the past year without incident. Yea, I had the same issues that other customers have had with the quality of the service being hit or miss. I have not been happy with some of my washes in the past, but always just shrug them off (its not really that big of a deal to me). Today however, I had a MUCH bigger issue. I have a brand new SVU with not even a ding in it and I took to Dr. Wash to get it cleaned. Right after the wash I noticed scratches up and down my driver side door!! I told the manager and he walked out and looked at my car. He then told me that another car must have hit my car and they had nothing to do with it! So you're telling me that another car scratched up and down my entire driver's side and managed to put not ONE dent in it? Yea likely story. Plus with my car being brand new I would have noticed the scratches right away (as I did when I first saw my car). The manager basically told me there is nothing they can do. So if you drive a nice car and care about your paint job, DO NOT take your car here! I know everyone makes mistakes, but its how you handle them. Not owning up to your mistake is a big NO NO in my book! read more

This was my second trip this morning to Dr. Wash. VERY BAD Experience. I felt last time, they had missed out on wiping the dashboard so told the attendant to ensure it is wiped clean. The guy said it was $3 for armorall besides the $22.95! Said okay but make sure it is done nicely. I also let the guy on duty to make sure the dashboard is cleaned properly. I go and sit on the bench outside and the guys waves to me. So I sat in the car - and first thing I see the dashboard still has dust on it and streaks of some armorall on the top. I called the attendant back and the guy who speaks some English walks up - I point to the streak and the dust and ask him if he can wipe it clean properly. He says - he charges for the armorall - I showed him the receipt and he says he has already done it. That's when I show him the marks and dust all over again. The guy says the job has been done. Now I am upset so I said $22.95 for Platinum wash - this is crap! I decide to drive off thinking - will never come by - and hear the guy talk to the rest - something in Spanish! That's it. I decide to go into the office and complain to the manager - I tell him what happened - he starts to talk over me and I ask him to go inspect the car. He walks out and the fellow who I had asked to clean is already inside the car and wiping ! I continue to tell him and he does not want to listen. By now I tell him - you are charging me $22.95 and $3.00 for such a crappy job - the back seats are dusty and unclean, the dirt marks are all over the front lights, the tire seem to have been just touched with the tire shine and not even properly done, the window glasses have finger prints on them. The guy said something like get out of here.. I can understand the workers not doing a good job but the owner/manager seem to be careless and nasty! AVOID. Shoddy job, careless workers, and incompetent management! read more

I went to get a car wash today and the service has gone to the crappers. The car wash itself, the machine does was your car but I paid for extra and I was not happy. I had to grab the vacuum myself and vacuum under my seats. I pulled out so much stuff, crumbs and in the driver front looked like they didn't even vacuum. When the guys saw me vacuum not one came over and said if I needed help. When I called to complain, the guy at the desk says on the receipt was rude. I kept telling him how I used to love coming there and how disappointed I was, he kept saying OK. He said he was the manager. OK is not acceptable. I was hoping to hear "I will talk to my workers and sorry this happened" but all he gave me was OK. I will NOT be going back. It went from great place to get your car wash to a NOT so great! I would love to rate NO stars. Also when I asked for the owners name, the so called manager refused and was rude about it. Well if you search the internet it will tell you who owns the business; in which I told this so called manager that it was public knowledge so why he couldn't tell me. read more

I came to Dr, Car Wash at 13663 Lee Jackson Highway. I have a brand new car that is nearly 3 months old, and I want to have it so it can be good condition. I selected the $23.00. The attendant, supposed to be of Asian descent who does not speak good English, asked me for my selection for the car wash. I selected $23 choice because it was the top of all the choices. It is called #1 Cadillac Wash. It was supposed to do everything. The attendant told me after running my card for the charge that the washing machine was broken. Thus, they would have to hand wash my car, which I did not mind. After 10 minutes, my car was ready. I had a feeling that I was not done properly, and it was not done properly. I saw stains inside of my drink's holder and pointed to the attendant that there are pieces of debris under my seat (driver). The attendant stated that they don't have a vacuum that goes under the seat. I inspect my tires and saw they were not even wet. In addition, the front of my car still had bird crab that was so visible that they should not miss. However, they left my car unwashed in the front. I had a chance to watch the washers washing other cars, and they did a very poor job of cleaning the cars. Overall, my car was not wash properly for $23. I didn't even care how much the cost! I wanted them to wash my car like they promised. read more
