I love the monthly membership! I can wash my vehicles daily if I want, though I rarely have time. Still, the option is there. The $59.99 membership is worth it as long as I use it at least once a week. It was a lifesaver during snowy weather, letting me remove residue from road treatments and salt. In the Spring and Summer, it easily removes pollen as often as needed. Be sure to try different locations--service depends more on management and staff than the facility. I've found the best spots in my DMV area and stick with those. I get the best service early in the morning or after 6:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends are crowded and rushed; I avoid Saturdays but occasionally go on Sunday mornings. Recently, I needed to transfer my membership to a different vehicle due to a mechanical issue. The first customer service representative (unnamed) did not complete the transfer, and I was billed for a month without being able to use the membership on the new vehicle, as it is tracked by the vehicle tag. Therefore, because the transfer was incomplete, I could not use the car wash. I called customer service at 410-824-1135 and spoke with Latrice, who resolved the issue, transferred my membership, and handled the unused month. I must admit I was frustrated, but Latrice's patience and temperament helped us resolve the situation in one call. Thank you, Latrice! Flagship Carwash needs more employees like Latrice. She was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and is definitely a rarity in her field! Customer service is at an all-time low across the board, and she is an excellent customer service rep who represented your company well and finished the process. Yesterday on the way home from work I stopped by to get my truck cleaned. My truck was pretty dirty, so I paid for the Ultimate Exterior only. Going through the wash, I noticed the extra treatments that were part of the package were not functioning, weak or started late as my truck was a third of the way through. When it came to the final wipe down, the kid who was working on my truck wasn't even watching what he was doing. He was preoccupied with a parked that was parked near by. He slapped the rag at my windshield with a dirty rag whole his eyed were looking at the car and missed the majority of it. He went around the truck at a snails pace and when finished he his full trip around, he went back to his cart. I am guessing he would of done my tires next, but at this point I knew I was wasting my time. When I got home I inspected my truck. Any area the machine couldn't get to well was still filthy. Okay so hear me out guys... I frequently pass this location and almost every time that I do, there is traffic that is backing up the street - FROM Flagship. So swerving many times later, I had to check it out..... Last minute me, I turned into the carwash with about 40 minutes to spare before my movie started at the mall. I took the risk, and it was worth it. I was serviced, washed and wiped clean with about 5 minutes to spare before my movie. I am unsure, but I do believe this establishment offers memberships where you are able to come unlimited about of times throughout the month. I would be interested as my white car and birds' digestive system, clearly get along very well. read more

I used to love this place when it was washhaus but the quality clean you get here now is awful. I paid for the full service wash interior and exterior and by the time I even was able to pull up to get the interior cleaned the wash dried leaving spots. Exterior wash review: I recommend this car wash if you're looking for a good dirt clean, but I don't recommend anything higher than a basic wash. I paid for the deluxe car wash and it doesn't do a good tire shine nor does it get the bugs off, but it will do a good job of cleaning most of the dirt from the exterior of your car. I did not get an interior vacuum done, so I don't know the quality from that perspective. read more

My car was in dire need of a wash and I just happen upon Flagship. I had never been here before so I decided to try it out. The $44 wash seemed a little high but I went for it because the car needed a good cleaning. After driving through the wash the staff did a really thorough job of cleaning the car (including washing my all weather mats). Been a paying membership customer for years. They either aren't scheduling employees for the peak hours or don't have enough staff to cover the customers in queue. I was vehicle number 21 in the queue on a Sunday morning at 915am and they had three vacuum lanes open. The vehicles coming out of the wash chute were completely dry from the sun before they even reached the vacuum area. So many customers did a u turn while in line and left disgusted. It took me 74 minutes from the time I got in queue until I left. That's pretty bad. Hoping the other car wash by the bridge will be built soon and I'll take my business there. read more

The wash in general is good but they don't get the bugs off of the front of the car even though I ask for extra treatment. It seems that they're more worried about the tire shine application than making sure that the vehicle is cleaned properly. I am a a subscription member for outside only and have been thgrough the wash 3 times since a recent trip and still have bug residue on the front of my vehicle. I bought the highest end unlimited pass and used it for the first time today. It took an hour for the process. Disorganized, not well run, and should never take this long! Nobody would answer questions or help when the machine wouldn't take the new pass. If you are using Flagship,BEWARE! If you try to cancel, they may not do so if you are near your renewal date. They will not accept your call, they process your credit card and refuse to refund your payment. I was charged 3 times the same day for my membership, with one of the charges rescinded. They refuse to acknowledge the additional charge even though it is on my statement with specific reference numbers. As per their stated instructions, I cancelled my membership prior to renewal and they simply refused to acknowledge this, charged my account, and refused the refund. BEWARE!! read more

I know that carwash places can be good one day and bad the next. But I just want to say that my first time here was a great experience. My car was clean. Maybe it was Monday after work and it was slow and so more time was spent on taking care of my car. I definitely will continue to give it my business unless they prove me wrong. If you have never sat in your car while it is being washed by a machine, this can be a bit strange of an experience. Also, the people who work there deserve respect like everyone else. Beware of this business, they teach deceiving business practices to their employees. They say they'll sign you up for unlimited washes for a one time fee for 90 days but bill your cc each month. Just drove up for an exterior wash. As I approached, the attendant signaled me forward into the conveyor belt tunnel rails. I drove slowly and began to hear a scraping sound from my car wheels; the attendant continued signaling me forward. Afraid of damage to my wheels, I stopped, got out of my car to check the wheel spacing; it was right up against the rail. Clearly I should been signaled to move car slightly to the left. After asking why I wasn't, a supervisor came out and basically said all was fine, they run 400 cars through daily. No apology offered. Go to Mr Car Wash, or the new one being built in Edgewater. Steer Clear!!! Since the new owners (Spotless Brands) took over the place has gone straight down hill! They cut the workforce in half, leading to SIGNIFICANT wait times and back ups as the workers rush to keep up with demand. Despite their hard work, in an environment such as this, quality and customer service have taken a hard hit. They charged my credit card two months in a row $74.99 for a "membership" I never signed up for and when I tried to contact the company NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. EVER. In response to well deserved crappy reviews here on Yelp, Spotless Brands provided 5 different phone numbers to contact them. After 40 min of trying to reach someone (some of the numbers were disconnected, others resulted in being on hold for eternity) I FINALLY reached a lovely young lady, Isabelle, at 703-468-1414, who was not able to get the charges reversed from these crooks, but was able to help me reach a resolution. My advice, ease on down the road to Mister Car Wash. Excellent service, short wait and less expensive. read more
